Hoy se come Japonés en compañía de un amigo / Today we eat Japanese in the company of a friend
Salir a comer fuera de casa es tener la oportunidad de disfrutar sin preocupaciones y sin estrés de uno de los verdaderos placeres de la vida, y es algo que lamentablemente no se puede hacer muy seguido por un tema de economía, por eso es muy importante procurar garantizar que sea un momento lo más agradable posible.
Antes de contarles sobre mi experiencia con esta salida a comer Sushi con un amigo, en la ciudad de Maturín estado Monagas-Venezuela, quiero darles brevemente Tres tips o consideraciones que me gusta tomar en cuenta a la hora de salir a comer fuera de casa:
Evito salir a comer en horas pico, por supuesto que siempre queremos que sea para el desayuno, almuerzo o cena, pero trato de alejarme de las horas con mayor tráfico de personas, para no tener que hacer largas colas, esperar mucho tiempo, o incluso que ni siquiera consiga mesas disponibles. Me gusta llegar a comer un poco pasada la hora del almuerzo o de la cena.
Definir bien que quiero comer y procurar variar la experiencia, si la última vez comí pizzas, para la siguiente salida cambio el menú por chino, italiano, perros calientes, shawarma, etc. hay que variar para que la experiencia sea más divertida.
No me gusta ceder en lo que tengo pensado pedir, si quiero comer sushi busco un lugar que me brinde un buen sushi. No me gusta que el personal que atiende en el lugar donde elegí comer me sugieran comer otra cosa. Si no tienen lo que quiero, prefiero retirarme e ir a otro lugar.
Eating out is having the opportunity to enjoy one of the true pleasures of life without worries and without stress, and it is something that unfortunately can not be done very often because of the economy, so it is very important to ensure that it is as pleasant a time as possible.
Before telling you about my experience with this outing to eat Sushi with a friend, in the city of Maturin, Monagas state, Venezuela, I want to briefly give you three tips or considerations that I like to take into account when going out to eat away from home:
I avoid going out to eat at peak hours, of course we always want it to be for breakfast, lunch or dinner, but I try to stay away from the hours with more traffic of people, so I don't have to stand in long lines, wait a long time, or even that I don't even get available tables. I like to arrive to eat a little past lunch or dinner time.
Define well what I want to eat and try to vary the experience, if last time I ate pizzas, for the next outing I change the menu for Chinese, Italian, hot dogs, shawarma, etc. you have to vary to make the experience more fun.
I don't like to compromise on what I plan to order, if I want to eat sushi I look for a place that gives me good sushi. I don't like it when the staff at the place where I chose to eat suggests me to eat something else. If they don't have what I want, I prefer to leave and go somewhere else.
Tuve la agradable visita de un amigo que vive en otra ciudad del estado Monagas, y a veces pasamos largo períodos de tiempo sin vernos o compartir, y tenemos muchas cosas en común, principalmente que ambos somo Ilustradores Digitales y varios amigos en común, de manera que nunca nos falta temas de conversación.
Hoy salimos a comprar ropa y a ver algunas cosas en el Centro Comercial La Cascada, y hacia las 2pm aprovechamos para comer en un lugar que conozco a través de sus Delivery, pero nunca había visitado su local.
Se llama Kanji Sushi Venezuela, y es una franquicia que se encuentra en varias ciudades de Venezuela, y recientemente abrieron en la ciudad de Maturín.
I had the nice visit of a friend who lives in another city in the state of Monagas, and sometimes we spend long periods of time without seeing each other or sharing, and we have many things in common, mainly that we are both Digital Illustrators and several friends in common, so we never lack conversation topics.
Today we went out to buy some clothes and look at some things at La Cascada Shopping Center, and around 2pm we took the opportunity to eat at a place I know through their Deliveries, but I had never visited their place.
It is called Kanji Sushi Venezuela, and is a franchise that is in several cities in Venezuela, and recently opened in the city of Maturin.
Mi experiencia con el servicio de Delivery siempre ha sido buena, pero comer en su propio local tiene más atractivo ya que son muy atentos con el servicio presente y la comida está especialmente en su punto perfecto de temperatura.
Además que contamos con la explicación del menú, lo que nos facilita el probar algo nuevo pero con la recomendación especializada de ellos, lo que nos aleja de hacer una combinación extraña que pudiera salir mal.
My experience with the Delivery service has always been good, but eating in their own place is more attractive because they are very attentive with the service present and the food is especially at its perfect temperature.
In addition we have the explanation of the menu, which makes it easy to try something new but with their specialized recommendation, which keeps us from making a strange combination that could go wrong.
Les cuento nuestra elección, que fue un Combo que por 10 dólares contemplaba:
- 20 rolls fríos
- 24 rolls de tempura
Pedimos 2 contornos adicionales, que fueron:
Wa kame (algas) por 5 dólares
Ración de camarones rebozados por 5 dólares
Nos entregaron: Salsa de soya y palitos para comer.
I will tell you about our choice, which was a Combo that for 10 dollars included:
- 20 cold rolls
- 24 tempura rolls
We ordered 2 additional contours, which were:
Wa kame (seaweed) for 5 dollars.
Portion of battered shrimp for 5 dollars.
We were given: Soy sauce and sticks to eat.
Mi opinión:
Los rolls fríos estaban muy buenos y su frío no era desagradable, era perfecto.
Los rolls de tempura tenían aguacate y plátano por lo que eran un poco dulce, en su justa medida, muy sabrosos.
Los rolls tenían salsa negra y mayonesa, estaba bien, bastantes firmes y jugosos a la vez.
El Wakame quería probarlo, tenía mucha curiosidad por conocerlo, son algas y de primer momento no me gustaron, pero al comerlos junto a los rolls y la salsa de soya, tenían todo el sentido del mundo, me gustó... Está bien
Los camarones estaban perfectos, frescos, en su punto, muy limpios que es algo que me ha tocado vivir malas experiencias en otros lugares, pero aquí estaban muy limpios y deliciosos.
My opinion:
The cold rolls were very good and their coldness was not unpleasant, it was perfect.
The tempura rolls had avocado and banana so they were a bit sweet, just right, very tasty.The rolls had black sauce and mayonnaise, it was good, quite firm and juicy at the same time.
The Wakame I wanted to try, I was very curious about it, they are seaweed and at first I didn't like them, but when I ate them together with the rolls and the soy sauce, they made all the sense in the world, I liked them.... It's good
The shrimps were perfect, fresh, just right, very clean, which is something I have had bad experiences with in other places, but here they were very clean and delicious.
Con una bandeja de 20 rolls comen tranquilamente dos personas, pero nosotros no somos muy normales que se diga, comimos todo lo que pedimos y bueno, tocó caminar una rato para bajar la comida.
La experiencia fue todo lo que debía ser, tranquila, sin estrés, comimos bastante, a buen precio, descansamos de hacer nuestras compras y disfrutamos un rato entre amigos.
A tray of 20 rolls is enough for two people, but we are not very normal, we ate everything we ordered and well, we had to walk for a while to take the food down.
The experience was everything it should be, quiet, no stress, we ate a lot, at a good price, we rested from shopping and enjoyed a while among friends.

¡Sushi day! Genial que puedas tener la experiencia previa con el Delivery, a mi me gusta comparar esas cosas, a veces me parece que las cantidades para llevar son curiosamente más grandes jeje.
De tus consideraciones antes de salir a comer, creo que lo de evitar las horas típicas de comer es lo mejor, cambia mucho la forma de disfrutar el tiempo planificado y además la atención.
En las fotos se ven super ricos los combos y sides que eligieron. Está genial que te hayas atrevido a probar el wakame, con las cosas japonesas uno es siempre así, el sabor al principio es raro pero luego se le agarra el gusto jajaja.
