We must be Kind to Ourselves

It happens a lot that we are following an achievement now as adults and we stop applauding ourselves because we are supposed to have those achievements as an "adult" but it is not a norm of life.

Everyone should live at their own pace and without pressure.

We should be kinder to ourselves.
