Monomad: Hoverfly Eristalinus - Beautiful eyes
Hi everyone!
This time I want to share some macro pictures as my entry for the #monomad challenge organized by @monochromes, hope you enjoy it.
This time I managed to find a flock of hoverfly busy sucking the nectar of a mango flower in bloom. The fragrant smell that comes out of the mango flower, attracts the attention of these flies to come to enjoy it.
Hoverfly Eristalinus is a type of fly that has very beautiful colors and very attractive eyeballs. I was so happy to find this insect and managed to photograph it in some interesting styles.
Eristalinus is a fly that has amazing yellow eyes and black spots. This fly has a perfect shape, even the back belly is almost transparent.
