We are already in the month of February and that means a lot of advertising in any app we see, in any store and even in the promotions of the stores about the day of love and friendship or Valentine's Day, it is a day that every year makes us worry about love but not only related to the romantic but with our friends and family who are closest to us, the day of love and friendship is not only a day in which we should remind them how much we care about them but it is a reminder to take them into account and love them always, for being there and for giving us their love unconditionally so today I have decided to make an initiative that brings together all that romance and love we feel for someone. Hola amantes del cine en esta preciosa comunidad de hive, espero estén muy bien el día de hoy. Ya estamos en el mes de febrero y eso significa un montón de publicidad en cualquier app que veamos, en cualquier tienda y hasta en las promociones de las tiendas sobre el día del amor y la amistad o el día de San Valentín, es un día que cada año nos hace preocuparnos por el amor pero no solo relacionado con lo romántico sino con nuestras amistades y familiares quienes son más cercanos a nosotros, el día del amor y la amistad no es solo un día en el que debamos recordarle a ellos lo mucho que nos importan sino es un recordatorio de tomarlos en cuenta y amarlos siempre, por estar ahí y por darnos su cariño incondicionalmente así que hoy he decidido hacer una iniciativa que reúna todo ese romance y amor que sentimos por alguien. Starting off I wanted to add one of my favorite movies of all time, Me Before You is a movie that shows love in its purest and most beautiful form, an unconditional love that goes beyond the physical and sometimes it may seem that it makes no sense. It is a romance film in which we can see the progress of the relationship between Will and Louisa who must find a way to live together and as they get to know each other, their love develops despite all adversities.
It is one of the movies that I always watch, I end up crying because I can see the way in which their story develops and I think it is one of the most beautiful that exists, it has a unique way of showing how love is born through affection, attention and care, I think it is a film that manages to show perfectly what love is through acts of service, Louisa always looked for a way to make Will feel like a normal human being, she never made him feel less and treated him like a man. That's what I love about this movie, that their love goes beyond the problems and despite their decisions even after that we can see what that love is still there, kept deep inside to always remember it.
Comenzando quise agregar una de mis películas favoritas de todos los tiempos, Yo antes de ti es una película que muestra el amor en su forma más pura y hermosa, una amor incondicional que va más allá de lo físico y que a veces puede parecer que no tiene sentido. Es una película de romance en la cual podremos ver el avance de la relación entre Will y Louisa quienes deben buscar la forma de convivir juntos y a medida que ambos se van conociendo se va desarrollando su amor a pesar de todas las adversidades.
Es una de las películas que sempre veo termino llorando porque puedo ver la forma en la que se va desarrollando su historia y me parece de lo más linda que existe, tiene una forma única de mostrar cómo nace el amor a través del cariño, la atención y el cuidado, creo que es una película que logra mostrar perfectamente lo que es el amor a través de actos de servicio, Louisa siempre busco la forma de hacer que Will se sintiera como un ser humano normal, nunca lo hizo sentir menos y lo trató como un hombre. Es lo que amo de esta película, que su amor va más allá de los problemas y a pesar de sus decisiones aún luego de eso podemos ver qué queda ese amor ahí, guardado muy dentro de si para siempre recordarlo.
Another of my favorite romance movies is A Matter of Time where we can see how it is not only romance but has a bit of science fiction where the protagonist travels through time and although the plot seems to be that he uses that power to meet the love of his life in reality he realizes what is happening with the lives of his loved ones and that is where he makes decisions not only for the romantic part of his life but in the part of his family, leaving aside his interests so that those he loves the most have a good life.
This movie is another movie that no matter how many times I see it I will love it as the first moment I saw it, not only takes the romantic couple but the family and how the protagonist begins to notice all the effort of his family no matter if they are all adults and have their own lives apart. It is a very nice movie to watch not only with your better half but with your family as it also has a bit of comedy and drama that at the end will leave you with a tremendous reflection.
Otra de mis películas favoritas de romance es Cuestión de tiempo en donde podemos ver como no solo es romance sino tiene un poco de ciencia ficción en donde el protagonista viaja por el tiempo y aunque la trama parece ser que usa ese poder para poder conocer al amor de su vida en realidad se da cuenta de lo que ocurre con la vida de sus seres queridos y es ahí en donde toma decisiones no solo para la parte romántica de su vida sino en la parte de su familia, dejando de lado sus intereses para que los que más quiere tengan una buena vida.
Ésta película es otra de las películas que sin importar cuantas veces la vea la amaré como el primer momento en el que la vi, no solo toma el ámbito romántico de pareja sino familiar y el como el protagonista empieza a notar todo el esfuerzo de su familia sin importar si ya todos son adultos y tienen su propia vida aparte. Es una película muy bonita para ver no solo con tu media naranja sino en familia ya que también cuenta con un poco de comedia y drama que al final te dejará una reflexión tremenda.
Marriage Story is one of those stories that you cannot forget simply because of its complexity and at the same time for its realism, it is a story that not only deals with the relationship of a couple but of two parents who seek the best way to do things to avoid harming a third party, in this case their child. It is a love story that goes beyond what existed in the relationship but goes about the love that both parents feel for their child and that sometimes this is seen in real life where both parents show how much they love their children despite how their relationship ended.
It is one of those stories in which at a certain point we come to hate both protagonists but at a certain point we can see that what matters most to them is the result of that love even though there are still those feelings between them but that is where they must decide whether that is stronger or the welfare of their child, this is where we see how it is really that struggle to be the favorite of your child or fight for their love and it is a tough situation because even though they pretend not to feel anything for each other there are still remnants of what was their relationship and we can see how this affects them deeply.
Marriage Story es de esas historias que no puedes olvidar tan simplemente por su complejidad y a la vez por su realismo, es una historia que no solo trata la relación de una pareja sino de dos padres quienes buscan la mejor forma de hacer las cosas para evitar dañar a un tercero, en este caso su hijo. Es una historia de amor que va más allá de lo que existía en la relación sino que va sobre el amor que ambos padres sienten por su hijo y que a veces esto se ve en la vida real en donde ambos padres muestran lo mucho que aman a sus hijos a pesar de como haya terminado su relación.
Es una de esas historias en las que en cierto punto llegamos a odiar a ambos protagonistas pero que a cierto punto podemos notar que lo que más les importa es el resultado de ese amor a pesar de que todavía exista esos sentimientos entre ambos pero es ahí donde deben decidir si es más fuerte eso o el bienestar de su hijo, aquí es donde vemos como es en realidad esa lucha por ser el favorito de tu hijo o luchar por su amor y es una situación dura ya que a pesar de que pretendan no sentir nada por el otro todavía quedan restos de lo que fue su relación y podemos ver como esto los afecta profundamente.
This film has a little bit of everything and that's what makes it special, although there is another version played by Winona Ryder the first one I saw was this one directed by Greta Gerwig and I fell in love with it completely for everything it is, it not only talks about love but it talks about independence, It shows us a beautiful sisterhood that is based on trust, details, affection, growing together and supporting each other, that kind of love is rarely seen in the movies and this film presents it in a way that in my case filled me with nostalgia and a warm feeling.
That family love that is present in our lives either with our family or with those we call family, that union and complicity is something that makes us call it love. The essence of this film is the warmth that transmits us to have a union with someone so strong and so intimate, a union that accompanies us in our hardest moments and that celebrates with us in our triumphs, it is a film that deals with love but in all the senses that exist while showing that we are all human.
Ésta película se podría decir que tiene un poco de todo y es lo que la hace especial, a pesar de que existe otra versión interpretada por Winona Ryder la primer que ví fue ésta que es dirigida por Greta Gerwig y la cual me enamoro completamente por todo lo que es, no solo habla del amor sino que habla de la independencia, el crecer y tener que aprender y darte a conocer para poder sobresalir, nos muestra una hermandad preciosa que se basa en la confianza, en los detalles, en el cariño, en el crecer juntas y en el apoyo entre todas, ese tipo de amor es poco visto en el cine y ésta película nos lo presenta de una forma que en mi caso me lleno de nostalgia y de un sentimiento cálido.
Ese amor familiar que está presente en nuestras vidas ya sea con nuestra familia o con a quienes llamamos familia, esa unión y complicidad es algo que nos hace llamarlo amor. La esencia de esta película es el calor que nos transmite el tener una unión con alguien tan fuerte y tan íntima, una unión que nos acompaña en nuestros momentos más duros y que celebra con nosotros en nuestros triunfos, es una película que trata de el amor pero en todos los sentidos que existen sin dejar de mostrar que todos somos humanos.
To end my list of favorite romance movies I close with a flourish a super beautiful movie that I will never forget and that touches the theme of love in a different way than Disney movies in general, this one not only deals with love in its purest natural state but also with the love for a deceased person. It is not only an animated film that has very nice landscape and character designs but also touches on deep themes, the love that remains when someone dies in our life and how this despite not being physically with us accompanies us in everything we do, see and think from the smallest thing as a physical memory to a smell or a melody.
It is a film that has a very powerful message and that is not to stop loving after the person we love has left us, in all senses, not to lose the love to admire life, to admire the small details and the things that generated happiness, to love those who are by our side who always support us, to love everything that generates happiness and tranquility. It is a movie that although I saw it when I was very little I could clearly see its meaning and what it wanted to convey and I always carry that feeling that it left me after watching it and even in situations where I have been very sad I can remember it and it makes me think of everything I love in my life.
Para terminar mi lista de películas favoritas de romance cierro con broche de oro una película súper hermosa que nunca podré olvidar y que toca el tema del amor de una forma diferente a como son, o como eran, en general las películas de Disney, ésta no solo trata el amor en su más puro estado natural sino que trata el amor por un fallecido. No solo es una película animada que tiene diseños de paisajes y personajes muy lindos sino que toca temas bastante profundos, el amor que queda cuando muere alguien en nuestra vida y como éste a pesar de no estar físicamente con nosotros nos acompaña en todo lo que hacemos, vemos y pensamos desde lo más mínimo como un recuerdo físico hasta un olor o una melodía.
Es una película que tiene un mensaje muy poderoso y es el de no dejar de amar luego de que aquella persona que amamos nos dejara, en todos los sentidos, no perder el amor a admirar la vida, a admirar los pequeños detalles y las cosas que nos generaban felicidad, a amar a quienes están a nuestro lado que nos apoyan siempre, a amar todo aquello que nos genera felicidad y tranquilidad. Es una película que aunque la vi estando muy pequeña pude ver claramente su significado y lo que quería transmitir y siempre cargo ese sentimiento que me dejó luego de verla e incluso en situaciones en donde he estado muy triste puedo recordarla y me hace pensar en todo lo que amo en mi vida.
These are some of my favorite movies that show love from many points of view and this is how we should see Valentine's Day, not as a commercial day nor as a day to have a partner to not spend it alone but as a day to remember all the love we have around us where this love comes not only from friends but from pets, partners, family, objects and everything that fills us and nourishes our soul, everything that makes us happy and makes us love life.
Éstas son algunas de mis películas favoritas que muestran el amor desde muchos puntos de vista y es así como debemos ver el día de San Valentín, no como un día solo comercial ni un día de tener pareja para no pasarlo solo sino como un día para recordar todo el amor que tenemos a nuestro alrededor en donde éste amor viene no solo de amigos sino de mascotas, parejas, familiares, objetos y todo aquello que nos llene y nutra nuestra alma, todo aquello que nos hace feliz y nos hace amar la vida.

Yo soy un amante de las películas románticas, tanto así que me he visto 4 de las 5 películas que mencionas, me falta ver Little Women, le daré una oportunidad. Mí película favorita es Cuestión de tiempo, la he visto muchas veces y siempre logra hacerme llorar. ¡Excelentes elecciones de películas!
