Monomad:grating process of tubers

Hello black and white friends, everyone
Today at my brother's house there is a small family event, but in between free time I saw a teenager grating the tubers using a manual machine, not everyone can do this job because this machine rotates very fast, so when I noticed it this really amazed me.

Before the process started, I had time to ask this teenager, he had been hit by the machine's eyepiece on his hand, fortunately it was not too severe, this teenager in my opinion is very brave to touch this machine, I don't dare to touch it until now, I took some portraits of this teenager to just make a content.

This is the rest of the tubers that have been grated earlier.
