Invest in resale endowment policies
I was looking for passive income ideas online and found out about how many are able to earn from secondhand endowment policies.
In short, original owners of existing endowment policies decide to sell off their insurance plan before maturity and this allow the take over by savvy investors.
It sounded as a low-risk that is good for portfolio diversification and long-term wealth accumulations.
By investing in these resale policies, one would not need to start a saving policy from scratch and wait for years before maturity.
The website shared that it allows one to earn 3% to 5% returns without the need to wait for 25 years like the traditional way of buying a policy from the start.
Not sure whether such service is available in your country. Over my side in Singapore, REPS Holdings seems to be the largest service provider and it has been around since 2010.
I am not sure whether it is totally safe to do so but it is worth investigating if one has spare cash that can invest to try to earn a nice interest.
