You have the weekend (until Sunday 23h59 GMT) to write a story in precisely 50 words (no more no less than 50!) using the prompt given

Super there are so many contests running but I noticed most start at the same day. All those upvotes will be too. I hope @freewritehouse is not running out. Should pic1000 start at a different day?

Pan smoking in anticipation. With a hiss, marbled flesh meets cast iron and rich aroma releases. A flip reveals the perfect sear. Heat lowered as butter and rosemary infuse each morsel. The internal heat is optimum. Remove. Rest. Salt. Pepper. To finish? A drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil of course!
