Waking Nightmare

The Universe is filled with mysteries and circumstances. If life is an illusion as we know it then we won't be here in the first place. It's not an illusion but reality, we are here because we need to learn from our experience and from things happening around us. Sometimes the moment I close my eyes I see things and go to places that react to my body physically. Some people call this sleep paralysis. I see creatures out of this world and visiting the most beautiful places prompts me to stay there.

I have a spiritual friend who lives in port harcourt. For some reason he is highly spiritual. I hear stories from him that makes me wonder how vast and deep the world is. When we talked on the phone he could go for hours talking about spirituality. He is a seer, a healer and a spirited person. He sees ghosts, sometimes the dead come to him just to seek his help on how to cross to the other side.

When his mother died she came to him one afternoon while he was sitting on his couch, and both of them discussed for a while on some pressing matters. He could foresee a person's future or past life and point out the cause of a person's problem with the solution. It's just so fascinating really, what actually baffles me more is "he is just 32 years old",

I do wonder how he does it, but he says it just comes to him without him doing anything. It's a gift that he has carried on for thousands of lifetimes…

He understands baby talk. One time he was at the clinic when he heard a baby speaking baby language. The baby was actually trying to communicate with his mother, trying to tell her, he is tired of the kind of life he is living, he is tired of the suffering and he'll be gone soon.

The mother actually thought the baby was just playing as usual with the whole gugugaga baby slang but he was sending a message. The following week the baby died..

When I was still in the university, there was this deep pit covered with bushes, trees and grass that looks wide and vast inside when looking at it from above, Actually, my school was once an old ancient village called "Anwia" located in Asaba Delta State, It was later developed by the government in this 21st century and was turned into a State Agricultural University. Sometimes during practical and tilling the soil we would see calabash, native pots and cowries that have been buried for decades.

This pit in particular was used to dump forbidden dead bodies who committed crimes in the Village. It was called "Evil forest" decades ago. Classes were built near this pit Forest but nothing could be built inside the pit; it was just left like that, and no one went in or out.

One night at around 8pm I was walking towards the class that was close to the pit, probably to read for just 2 hours. The road was dark and lonely and for a second I could see myself walking on the road alone. It wasn't strange because the road is always like that sometimes.

Suddenly I saw a stranger coming out from the pit, he was on striped short and shirt, he was walking towards my direction. I paused for a moment, I wanted to turn back but I was close to the class and did not want to make a scene. I continued walking i reached the point where I'll divert to the class entrance but this stranger was still walking straight without looking sideways just straight. I was at the curved corner of the class entrance when he walked past me. Immediately I turned just to see if he'll look back to my greatest surprise I didn't see him anymore.

They are key moments that shaped who you are in life that experience was my third. This life is like a big class room with just one exit door which is on top of the ceiling, the moment you get in the teacher says, "You can get out any way just don't look up".
