Chia pudding an on the go snack

Did you know that you only need three ingredients to make Chia Pudding?

I'm going to share how to make my favorite chia pudding recipe. This is make-ahead snacks. Are you a busy person? Then you need to try this. One of our biggest problem is that we never seems to have healthy snacks on hand when we need them, especially if we are always on busy schedule then we tend to forget other essential in life " food" so we function well and productive.

What is Chia seeds?

Chia seeds can be black or white and have a mild taste and absorb whatever flavor are added to, and when in contact with liquid, they expand and form a gel. They are great in smoothies, yogurt, and salads.

Ingredients:

  1. Chia seeds
  2. Milk
  3. Sweeteneers ( optional: honey, sugar,stevia).

To start with;

  • You will need half a cup of milk to 2 spoon of chia seeds.make sure you properly stir it in a mason jar, in a bowl, or any food keeper so to avoid clump-up. There are non-dairy milk available in the counter if you are very sensitive to milk/ lactose tolerance.

  • Add the sweetener of your choice.( I chose this kind of milk, it is already a bit sweet so I don't need to add anything to make
    is sweetened),

  • Once the mixture is well combined, store it in the refrigerator for 4 hours minimum.

And this is what it looks like. It has a pudding texture. It has grown like 5 or 7 times. It has also absorbed all the liquid. They're all set and ready to go and ready to eat as is.

NOW THE FUN PART! make it a complete snacks by adding some fresh fruit to it.

These are awesome for taking them on the go. Go ahead and grab your favorite fruits, smoothies ,or salad.

To be honest I haven't tried yet that Chia seed. I only heard about it but no clue about what it taste like. And I also know it's health benefits. This looks an easy recipe. And looks delish too 🤤
