HABITS THAT GENERATE DEPRESSION

Hello dear friends, I hope you are well and have a great Sunday. Today I want to talk about an interesting topic that many people ignore, "DEPRESSION", a very common mental disorder although we do not believe it. People are afraid to accept it, but I am sure that there are many more than those currently registered. Nobody loves the mentally ill, so many people think, and that is why people are reluctant to accept their problems.

Accepting mental disorders is important and is the first step to get the solution.

LIVING IN CONSTANT STRESS MAKES US SUSCEPTIBLE, for no one is a secret that constant problems can take us out of our peace of mind, for that reason we must keep calm and also stay away from toxic people that can take away our energy. Working on our EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IS IMPORTANT.

AVOID BEING IN THE SUN, that is a mistake, we must receive the sun's rays every day, that helps us to release certain substances that help us to be happy and with a good attitude. So don't limit yourself, go out to the park or for a walk and get some sun daily, it's good for your health.

AVOID WATCHING OR LISTENING TO THE NEWS, it is important to be informed but sometimes we can fill our mind with bad thoughts and images that only disturb us. So try to only watch information that will benefit and educate you. Particularly I don't watch the news anymore, it has helped me to clear my mind and focus on myself and my projects.

AVOID DOING ANY KIND OF SPORTS, as we all know doing exercises or some kind of activity is necessary to keep our body and our health stable and in good condition. Exercising helps us to feel better, to give us energy, to feel happy, so don't avoid it no matter how lazy you are.

WRONG DIETS, we should eat the best we can, the better we eat, the better we will live better and longer, in theory. There are foods that harm us, that alter our systems, while there are others that help us feel good and be active and healthy.

ISOLATE YOURSELF FROM YOUR LOVED ONES AND YOUR OUTSIDE, it is necessary to socialize, and meet people, go out and enjoy, it is also good to enjoy loneliness but do not turn it into something constant or pathological. Loneliness can be good, but it can also be your worst enemy.

BE PERFECTIONISTIC PEOPLE, it is not wrong to want to do things right, but setting so many standards can be dangerous for ourselves, we are all imperfect and so we can live very well, failure is part of success so do not be afraid of it. Your expectations must be realistic, but you must understand that everything is a process and we must love the stumbles too.

If you feel depressed, talk to someone you trust or seek professional help, don't stay isolated.

The people doing V2K with remote neural monitoring want me to believe this lady @battleaxe is an operator. She is involved deeply with her group and @fyrstikken . Her discord is Battleaxe#1003. I cant prove she is the one directly doing the V2K and RNM. Doing it requires more than one person at the least. It cant be done alone. She cant prove she is not one of the ones doing it. I was drugged in my home covertly, it ended badly. They have tried to kill me and are still trying to kill me. I bet nobody does anything at all. Ask @battleaxe to prove it. I bet she wont. They want me to believe the V2K and RNM in me is being broadcast from her location. And what the fuck is "HOMELAND SECURITY" doing about this shit? I think stumbling over their own dicks maybe?
