Con La Vieja Cámara...#

Today I want to share with you in this Liketu community, my satisfaction for having reached a step in my life through my passion and love for photography....

In the past days I had the honor of winning the Diego Hurtado Regional Photography Award given by the government of the state where I live (Aragua) to the photographer of the year 2023, this award is part of the annual contest that is held on the occasion and tradition in the framework of the Journalist's Day in Venezuela.

The joy I have after so much effort so many years of work almost many times with little to do much more than once asked me Marcel how do you do it, my answer was always God strengthens me and directs me and my love for what I do.

I thank the photographers who participated, some of them known and others colleagues with experience and knowledge and skills for photography.

To my family that has seen me grow up, that has seen me pass without tastes, that always supports me, to my mother and my daughter my faithful critics of photos which tells me that if that not, hehehehehe, and that they do not like to take them only to see them.

With a small camera but with the years and studies I made it, sometimes I say I have a Volkswagen but I run them like a Ferrari Testa Rosa (without advertising these brands of vehicles).

In the next few days I will receive from the hands of the governor of my state the award in a well-known hotel in the capital of the state where I am (Aragua), at that time I know that all those who taught me, supported me, believe and believed in me, my father (deceased) my mother, my daughter my brothers, will be in my mind in my heart ❤️.

I already have the Municipal (won last year) 2022, and now this regional ....

I continue to work with humility, with efficiency, with the same passion and love.
with the glory that belongs to God to whom I trust every day...

A Photographer (Great Master) as I said at some point and in other spaces and writings asked me Marcel Oramas what is your best photograph and I looking in my memory he told me, Marcel the best photograph is the one that is to be done ....

That teaching marked me and for the rest of my life I will thank him for that?

In this I am improving myself daily....
