Its known as "Mango Crumble" and you guys are going to love it for sure. Its easy to make so feel free to make and enjoy with your beloved ones.
Mango Crumble
Mango Crumble is a dessert which is easy to make with few ingredients available at home even you can make the same recipe with your favourite fruits. I personally tried with Plum, Apple, and Mango and this works perfectly good with all such fruits. Now its your turn choose the favourite one and bake it and enjoy.
Let's get started with recipe:
⚡️ Ingredients:
For Mango layer:
Name | Quantity | |
---|---|---|
Mangoes Cube sized | 3-4 Cups | |
Sugar | 2tbsp | |
Cinnamon Powder | 1/4tsp | |
Butter | 2tbsp | |
Corn Flour | 1tbsp |
For Crumble:
Name | Quantity | |
---|---|---|
All purpose flour | 1 Cup | |
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats | 1/2 cup | |
Chopped Tomato | 1/2 cup | |
Sugar | 1/2 PC | |
Cinnamon Powder | 1/4tsp | |
Butter, softened | 8tbsp | |
Baking Powder | 1/2tsp |
💫 Method:
First off, cut mangoes into cube size and put in the baking dish
On top of mangoes, add corn flour, softened butter, cinnamon powder, and sugar and give it a good mix
In a separate bowl, add softened butter along with sugar, oats, all purpose flour, cinnamon powder, and baking powder and mix with hands
Now layered the crumbled mixture on top of mango layer evenly
Put the baking dish in the pre-heated oven for good 40 minutes at 180C or until the upper layer turns into golden brown colour
Let it cool down a bit right after baking
Now you can serve warm with mango flavoured custard or vanilla ice cream
TIP: If your mangoes are too sweet then use sugar accordingly to avoid too much sweetness in your dessert. Thanks
Enjoy❣️
