Egg Salad Bites

Happy Saturday Every one of you who worked hard to fulfil the dreams they have. I liked hard worker people more than talented ones because they worked their ass off throughout the life to give a good life to their family. I wish you all a very good luck. Such people should be appreciated by the closer people specially because it motivates them. I also worked hard every other day to make my life more better and amazing for myself and family.
Nowadays, I'm crazily creating content for the whole month so I can get some time for myself. I always prefer to work prior for the ease of my routine. Today, I'm going to share one of those recipes that I created recently and this is the simplest and delicious recipe that I ever created. Its known as Egg Salad Bites. I gave this name to this recipe, hope it doesn’t seems bad.
Egg Salad Bites
Egg Salad Bites are the simplest salad in the form of one to two bite layered on the lettuce leaves. I present it on the lettuce leaves to make it more appealing and healthy at first sight. All you need to have only easy available ingredients to combine and serve this way.

⚡️ Ingredients:
For Dressing:

| Mayonnaise | 5 tbsp | |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Red Pepper | 1/2tsp | |
| Oregano | a pinch of | |
| Thyme | a pinch of | |
| Paprika | a pinch of |
For Salad:

| Boiled Eggs | 2PC | |
| Cucumber | 1/2 PC | |
| Chopped Tomato | 1 PC | |
| Chopped Onion | 1/2 PC | |
| Lettuce Leaves | 6-7 PC |
💫 Method:
First off, boil both eggs hard and cut into slices and set aside
Now prepare dressing by adding mayonnaise, salt, red pepper, paprika, oregano, and thyme to the bowl and give it a good mix
In another bowl, add hard boiled sliced cut eggs, cucumber, onion, and tomato and mix it
Add dressing to the egg bowl and mix it nicely
Now add one tablespoon of this salad on the small sized lettuce leaves and enjoy
