Fruti di Mare whole wheat pasta with French sauce š
Hello, everyone !
This is my first recipe to share with you and I am very excited š
Whole grain Pasta Fruti di Mare with French sauce.
Necessary products:
spaghetti - 320
clams - 1 kg
onion - 1 or stalk of green onion
cream - 150 ml fresh (or a little milk)
white wine - 1/2 cup
parsley - to taste
olive oil extra virgin
salt
pepper
tomatoes - 2 medium, cut into cubes
lemon -1
basil
Prepare the clams:
clean and scrape the clams and wash under running water. Pour them into a pot, add 1/2 cup of white wine, devesil, salt, cherry tomatoes, squeeze a slice of lemon, cover with the lid and let it open on medium heat.
Keep some clams in the shell and clean all the rest. Filter the cooking liquid.
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until done.
In a saucepan, fry the garlic in olive oil for a few minutes,
add finely chopped onions, then add 1/2 cup of filtered liquid, tomato (cut into cubes) and continue to cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Add the cream to the clams, cook for a few minutes and turn off the heat.
Drain the pasta in the pan and stir. Serve hot spaghetti with fresh basil on the table.

I have never tried this dish before, with that being said, I am going to try this one out.
Everyone knows the traditional Bolognese or Carbonara pasta, that's why I decided to try something different and because I really like seafood. I'm very glad that you like it and are trying the recipe.
