Bridgerton - Review, Season 1 [EN]//[ES]

As always, I'm late to the series, and I've even found myself enjoying series from the early 2000s, as well as some from the late 90s, although this time I'm enjoying a not so old one, which has recently returned to the limelight, such as Bridgerton, and I still don't understand how, being me such a lover of period plots, I hadn't given it a chance before, I had not given it a chance before, because although every time I opened Netflix the suggestion popped up, I watched it and went on, and, if I'm honest, novels are not my thing, never have been, but I must also say that, from time to time it is not bad to give it a chance, and that's what I did last week in my spare time with this delicious series.
While it is true, it is a series that touches a lot the theme of love as a fundamental axis for a marital relationship, it also touches many taboo subjects, both for the time of the regency, as for today, because there are still people who think as they thought at that time, and also, love will never go out of fashion, although many try, I must say that I have seen the two and a half seasons that are already available, and I am looking forward to the rest of the third season, and these are the kind of things that sometimes I prefer to watch a series that already has all its full seasons available hahaha. And since not all the seasons of this series have been released yet, I'll give you my opinion of the first season, because if you haven't seen it, this may be helpful for you.

In addition to Daphne and Simon, we find apices of Penelope's stories, Eloise, who is the next sister after Daphne, Collin, Anthony, Benedict, Daphne's older brothers, and it is a tradition of the Bridgerton family, to name their children in alphabetical order, being that Lady Violet, sired 8 children.
The hunting season, sorry courtship, has begun, and with it the parties and dances, which is what abounds in this series, in addition to the scandals and gossip, of course, scenes a little racy, a queen Charlotte lover of opiates and gossip, a concept of love quite novel, some women with feminist ideas and very liberal for the time, so much as to scandalize society just by refusing the idea of marriage, with landscapes and costumes that really love, decor and photography really spectacular, the truth a story with a lot of fabric to cut, based on the novels of Julia Quinn, and I must say, I have not read any yet, but I certainly want to read them all, because I'm sure there I will find a lot of fabric to cut hahaha. A couple more seasons have been confirmed, so now we will continue to hear about this series. For my part I can say, if you are one of those who enjoy a period story, where we can also see a little more of how life was in those years, and you also like love stories, you can keep an eye on this series, and I give it an 8/10.

¡Hola mis queridos amantes del buen cine y la televisión! Rato sin pasearme por aqui, feliz inicio de semana, espero hayan pasado un excelente fin de semana. Como siempre, llego tarde a las series, y es que incluso me he encontrado disfrutando de series de inicios de la década del 2000, como de algunas de finales de los ´90s, aunque esta vez me dedique a disfrutar de una no tan vieja, y que recientemente ha vuelto a la palestra, como lo es Bridgerton, y que, aun no entiendo como siendo yo tan amante de las tramas de época, no le había dado una oportunidad antes, pues aunque cada vez que abría Netflix saltaba la sugerencia, la veía y seguía de largo, y es que, si les soy sincera, las novelas no son lo mío, nunca lo han sido, pero, también debo decir que, de vez en cuando no está mal darla una oportunidad, y eso fue lo que hice la semana pasada en mis momentos libres con esta deliciosa serie.
Si bien es cierto, es una serie en la que tocan mucho el tema del amor como eje fundamental para una relación marital, también se tocan muchos temas tabú, tanto para la época de la regencia, como para la actualidad, pues aún existen personas que piensan como se pensaba en aquel tiempo, y es que además, el amor nunca pasara de moda, aunque muchos lo intenten, debo decir que me he visto las dos temporadas y media que ya están disponible, y que me encuentro expectante de lo que resta de la tercera temporada, y estas son el tipo de cosas por las que prefiero a veces ver una serie que ya tiene todas sus temporadas completas disponibles jajaja. Y ya que aún no han salido todas las temporadas de esta serie, les iré dando mi opinión de la primera temporada, pues si no la has visto, esta puede ser de ayuda para ti.
Una historia basada en la familia Bridgerton, en sus pasiones, aficiones, amores, amistades y desventuras, con Lady Violet y Lord Anthony como cabeza de la familia, este último hijo de la primera, quien al quedar viuda años antes del inicio de esta historia, quedo con su hijo como la cabeza de una de las familias más respetadas y conocida de la Londres de 1813, la época de la Regencia, liderada por una Reina Charlotte, que según la trama de esta historia, se dedicaba a escoger al diamante de la sociedad, quien luego sería cortejada por todos los lores en edad casamentera, como si de una hembra en celo se tratara (me disculpa, pero es la impresión que me da jajaja), dejando ver así a los pocos minutos de comenzar esta serie, de que se va tratando la historia, además de la vida de los hermanos Bridgerton y su entorno, basando esta primera temporada, en la vida amorosa y un tanto atropellada de la primera hija, Daphne (Phoebe Dynevor), y su historia con el Duque de Hasting, Simon Basset (Regé Jean Page), de quien debo decir quede encantada con su actuación.
Nos encontramos con una trama de intriga que se va tejiendo en la vida de esta pareja y de sus familiares, contándonos algunos detalles de lo que ha sido la vida de Simon, y el porqué de su actitud con Daphne, explicando un poco el porqué de algunos episodios, mismos que son aprovechados por una escritora, amante del chisme y el escándalo, que dicho sea de paso, bastante que se ve a lo largo de esta serie, y es que si nos fijamos en esto, la gente de esa época, vivía del chisme, no es que haya variado mucho la cosa, pero aja. Además de Daphne y Simon, nos encontramos con ápices de las historias de Penelope, la mejor amiga de, Eloise, quien es la hermana que sigue despues de Daphne, Collin, Anthony, Benedit, hermanos mayores de Daphne, y es que es tradición de la familia Bridgerton, nombrar a sus hijos en orden alfabético, siendo que Lady Violet, engendro 8 hijos.
La temporada de caza, perdón de cortejo, ha comenzado, y con ello las fiestas y bailes, que es lo que abunda en esta serie, además de los escándalos y chismes, claro está, escenas un tanto subidas de tono, una reina Charlotte amante de los opiáceos y del cotilleo, un concepto del amor bastante novelesco, algunas mujeres con ideas feministas y muy liberales para la época, tanto como para escandalizar a la sociedad con tan solo negarse a la idea del matrimonio, con unos paisajes y un vestuario que realmente enamora, decoración y fotografía realmente espectacular, la verdad una historia con mucha tela que cortar, basada en las novelas de Julia Quinn, y que debo decir, no he leído ninguno aún, pero que sin duda los quiero leer todos, pues estoy segura de allí encontraré muchísima tela que cortas jajaja. Han sido confirmadas un par de temporadas más, por lo que ahora es que seguiremos escuchando de esta serie. Por mi parte puedo decir, si eres de los que disfrutas una historia de época, en donde además podemos ver un poco más de cómo era la vida en aquellos años, y además te gustan las historias de amor, puedes echarle un ojo a esta serie, y le doy un 8/10.
