INGREDIENTES
• 3 salchichas
• 1 cebolla mediana
• 1 aji
• Salsa de tomate al gusto
• Sal y pimienta al gusto
INGREDIENTS

• Salt and pepper to taste
PROCEDIMIENTO
1- Picamos la cebolla, el ají en cuadritos pequeños y la salchicha la picamos de forma redonda.
PROCESS

2- Luego ponemos en una ollita la cebolla el ají y llevamos al fuego. Lo dejamos cocinar durante 5 minutos removiendo constantemente.
2-Then we put the onion and chili in a pot and put it on the fire. We let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
3- Luego que estén sofritos la cebolla y el ají se agrega la salchicha dejándolas cocinar por espacio de 5 minutos.

4-Una vez estén integrados todos los ingredientes procedemos a colocar la salsa de tomate removemos bien, agregamos sal y pimienta al gusto; y está listas las salchichas en salsa de tomate y ají margariteño.
4-Once all the ingredients are integrated, we proceed to place the tomato sauce, stir well, add salt and pepper to taste; And the sausages in tomato sauce and margariteño pepper are ready.
Una Buena opción para esta rica receta podemos acompañarla de arepas, galletas o pan.
A good option for this delicious recipe can be accompanied by arepas, cookies or bread.
