En mi tiempo libre ¿Qué me gustaría hacer? || es-en
Les saludo comunidad, esperando que en estos días hayan encontrado el enfoque, la reestructuración y la paz para no tomar decisiones apresuradas consecuencia de los tiempos convulsionados que vivimos para los que estamos dentro y fuera de Venezuela, ya que somos unos de los focos donde estan puestos los ojos del mundo.
Mi querida @angelica7 te saludo a ti y aplaudo tu bello trabajo que semana a semana nos invita a crear y compartir nuestras experiencias; esta semana hablamos de Tiempo libre y mi pregunta es: ¿Qué es eso? 🤣😅😅.
I greet you community, hoping that these days you have found the focus, restructuring and peace to not make hasty decisions as a result of the turbulent times we are living for those of us inside and outside Venezuela, since we are one of the focuses where the eyes of the world are set.

Días antes del período electoral, nos notificaron que nuestra insitución sería tomada por ser centro de votación. Conversaba con una colega y le decía "Mi bella, si tendremos al menos dos semanas libres para nosotras" y al unísono nos echamos a reir porque ¿En realidad es tiempo libre?
Consultando con SanGoogle me dice que:
My free time Days before the election period, we were notified that our insitution would be taken over for being a voting center. I was talking to a colleague and I said "My beautiful one, if we will have at least two weeks off for us" and in unison we burst out laughing because is it really time off?
Entonces, ¿tenemos verdadero tiempo libre? Yo creo que no y aquí mi justificación.
En primer lugar, los seres humanos ocupamos varios roles en nuestras vidas; va a depender de la edad, contexto pero muchos podemos ejercerlos en el mismo tiempo: somos madres, hijos, hermanas, trabajadoras, estudiantes, asistimos a la iglesia, líderamos grupos, vivimos en comunidad, hacemos algún deporte y mantenemos el hogar ¡Todo eso en un mismo día! je,je,je suena imposible pero así somos.
Retomando la conversación con mi colega, hablábamos que ese tiempo libre lo debíamos usar, para hacer aquellas cosas que no habíamos logrado por falta de dicho tiempo. Enumerando los asuntos pendientes salieron cosas tan cotidianas como lavar, cocinar, limpiar, hacer mercado hasta limpiar el closet que teníamos tiempo con esa ropa desordenada, lavar los baños a profundidad, hacer un inventario (con limpieza incluida) de lo que había en la despensa y lo que se debía reponer, hasta incluso llegamos a las plantas, jardín, patio y todo lo que podíamos hacer con este "momento para realizar actividades voluntarias".
Yo opino que estas actividades no califican como "tiempo libre" porque terminan siendo una obligación para poder tener un lugar en armonía, higiénico y ordenado para nuestro bienestar. Y diremos "pero eso genera satisfacción y no es laboral", pues dejeme decirle que la administradora del hogar (antiguamente ama de casa) merece su remuneración, asi que al menos que tenga una señora que haga esos oficios por mí, sigue siendo actividad laboral y no del tiempo libre.
Por otro lado, digamos que a mi me gusta limpiar; es algo obsesivo y soy de las que piensa "yo no me aburro porque en la casa siempre hay algo que hacer" y es verdad; esto me ha traído algunas consecuencias negativas porque el solo hecho de pensar que me tomaré una mañana para no hacer nada, se me mezcla con pensamientos de "el baño tiene cortinas sucias","hace un buen sol para lavar las sábanas", "al jardín le hace falta una limpieza profunda" y así ¿Quién descansa? entonces agarro mis implementos y me pongo manos a la obra; el descanso o actividades voluntarias, para después.
Otra actividad que me genera amor es cocinar. En pandemia aprendí a quemar tortas, hacer panes duros, galletas de arroz que sabían a auyama y asi me divertía y pasaba "mi tiempo libre", pero al final, sigue siendo tiempo doméstico y laboral porque si no como, no vivo y de no trabajar, no obtengo el dinero para cubrir o reemplazar toda la comida que dañé "aprendiendo" 😊 Entonces, aunque tenía tiempo para cocinar, termino siendo un aprendizaje y ahora una obligación ocuparme de toda la parte gastronómica de mi hogar desde la compra, elaboración hasta la lavada de los platos y organización para repetir el ciclo.
Por eso, así como que tiempo libre si siempre estoy en movimiento, no creo que sea el término de lo que pasa día a día en mi vida porque cuando llega el domingo "día de descanso" igual siempre hay algo que hacer. Espero que si tiene otra perspectiva, me encantaría saberla para no sentirme tan autoexplotada por el sistema.
So, do we have real free time? I think not, and here is my justification. First of all, human beings occupy several roles in our lives; it will depend on age, context but many of us can exercise them in the same time: we are mothers, children, sisters, workers, students, we attend church, we lead groups, we live in community, we play sports and we maintain the home, all that in the same day! heh,heh,heh sounds impossible but that's how we are. Going back to the conversation with my colleague, we talked about how we should use that free time to do those things that we had not accomplished due to lack of time. Listing the pending issues, we came up with everyday things such as washing, cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, even cleaning the closet that we had some time with those messy clothes, washing the bathrooms thoroughly, making an inventory (with cleaning included) of what was in the pantry and what should be replaced, we even got to the plants, garden, patio and everything we could do with this "time for volunteer activities".
I am of the opinion that these activities do not qualify as "free time" because they end up being an obligation to have a harmonious, hygienic and tidy place for our well-being. And we will say "but that generates satisfaction and is not work", because let me tell you that the home manager (formerly housewife) deserves her remuneration, so unless I have a lady to do those jobs for me, it is still work activity and not leisure time. On the other hand, let's say that I like to clean; it is something obsessive and I am one of those who think "I do not get bored because there is always something to do in the house" and it is true; this has brought me some negative consequences because the mere thought that I will take a morning to do nothing, is mixed with thoughts of "the bathroom has dirty curtains", "it is a good sun to wash the sheets", "the garden needs a deep cleaning" and so who rests? Then I grab my implements and get down to work; the rest or voluntary activities, for later.
Another activity I love is cooking. In pandemic I learned to burn cakes, make hard breads, rice crackers that tasted like pumpkin and so I had fun and spent "my free time", but in the end, it is still domestic and work time because if I don't eat, I don't live and if I don't work, I don't get the money to cover or cover my expenses, I don't get the money to cover or replace all the food that I damaged "learning" 😊 So, although I had time to cook, it ended up being a learning and now an obligation to take care of all the gastronomic part of my home from shopping, preparation to washing the dishes and organization to repeat the cycle.
So, as well as free time if I am always on the move, I do not think that is the term for what happens day by day in my life because when Sunday arrives "day of rest" there is always something to do. I hope that if you have another perspective, I would love to know it so I don't feel so self-exploited by the system.
Viajar, eso resume en una palabra todo lo que quisiera hacer. Me da mucha risa cuando leo unas figuras en internet que dice que elegirías y yo busco inmediatamente lo que tenga que ver con viaje descartando cosas como ser millonaria o joven siempre.
Cuando se viaja, se vive, experimenta, conoce, nos hace personas nuevas. Por eso pienso que me gusta escribir, ya que al hacerlo viajo; viajo en pensamientos, en ideas, en conocimientos, posiciones o posturas, me hace vivir un poco fuera de la realidad que nos arropa diariamente; en resumen, escribir es un viaje que hago en mi mente, en mi ser, en mi identidad.
Viajar y escribir frente al mar, sería lo ideal para dedicar mi tiempo libre. Lamentablemente, las ocupaciones diarias a veces me impide hacer estas actividades, pero sin duda, intento mantener estas actividades voluntarias que me generan satisfacción y tener los mejores recuerdos que compartiré más adelante con quien quiera escucharme❤️.

What would I spend my free time doing? Travel, that sums up in one word everything I would like to do. It makes me laugh when I read some figures on the internet that say what would you choose and I immediately look for anything that has to do with travel, discarding things like being a millionaire or always young. When you travel, you live, you experience, you know, it makes us new people. That's why I think I like to write, because when I do it I travel; I travel in thoughts, in ideas, in knowledge, positions or postures, writing is a journey that I make in my mind, in my being, in my identity.
Traveling and writing in front of the sea would be the ideal way to dedicate my free time. Unfortunately, daily occupations sometimes prevent me from doing these activities, but without a doubt, I try to keep these voluntary activities that generate me satisfaction and have the best memories that I will share later with whoever wants escucharme❤️.
