How much HP does it take to claim a token?
Where can I see that you have claimed it?
Where can you claim?
How long does it take to recover the RC consumed?
Is there a market to sell them?
How and where to exchange them for Hive accounts?

You can autoclaim in Keychain. It can be set to automatically claim for you. When you get enough RC, it will grab them. I dont know the level.

lots of questions, I'll give you the rough answers: it takes about 5-7k HP to claim one (but this is always changing); you can see it e.g., on peakd in the wallet under HP; this is also where you can claim one; it takes about 3 days to recover; a market is coming soon called "dac(K)ter"
That helps a lot. At the risk of abusing your kindness, what is the "dac(K)ter"?
Last time I checked you needed at least 10,000 HP to create accounts and most of the popular front-ends will make the option pretty apparent once you've crossed that threshold. Below 10,000 HP and the option won't show.
