My Stay In The Kanjeng In Petitenget, Small But Very Comfy And Private Place

Hello, its been awhile but here i am share about one hotel where i stayed last time in Bali. I dont know why but i always feel that its hard to make a content about my activity or the place i stayed during my travel. The reason is obviously i will feel sad that my travel there was finished. I feel lonely. So, its the reason why i always took such a long time till i can revisit my memories. Tonight, i feel a little bit better because i just bought my flight ticket again. It gave me some motivation to revisit my travel memories. So here i am. In this post, i will share about my hotel in Petitenget. The reason why i stayed in this hotel is pretty funny. I initially booked a hostel in Canggu, the name is The Hide Hostel. At the time, i was still in hotel in Seminyak, the name is The Aveda hotel which i think i already made a post about. From Aveda Hotel to The Hide Hostel is pretty far. I also still need to meet up with my lovely friend for the last time, my friend lived in Denpasar. So, Canggu will be too far for her and i will just feel so bad if i asked her to come to Canggu. Petitenget not exactly close to her but its not as far as Canggu. We want to meet in the night time so its just make more sense to not bother her with visiting me so far from her house. I canceled my booking in The Hide Hostel and try to find an affordable room near my previous hotel. The other reason are because i just feel so drained that i need to moved hotel everyday. I wanted to relax even for just a bit.

The name of the hotel that i can find is The Kanjeng Suite. They have many branches but the one that i choose are their branch in Petitenget. It only took me less than 10 minutes by car to reach this hotel. Their address : Perumahan Umasari D-1, Jl. Petitenget, Kerobokan Kelod, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361 .
The price that i need to pay to stay one night in this hotel are 250.000 idr.

This is their lobby. The hotel is more like a guest house because its not so big. Only two stories and just few rooms.

Eventhough the hotel is not big, they still have pool for us to enjoy. To be honest, the pool feels more like a private pool for me because there is basically no one in there. Its like having a private villa with occasionally other people in there. Its fine. I dont know why but for some reason, the other guest stayed in the top floor. I am bg myself in the bottom floor. That is why i said it feels like i have the villa all for myself.

This is what the hall looks like. My room located right in the end of the hall which is fine because i feel like it gave me more privacy. Eventhough i feel a little bit creepy at night because of that.

Now, lets go to my room. My room number is 103 .

This is what my bed looks like. Very simple but its a clean and fresh bed. Its a little but messy because i already laying down on top of it before i took a picture of it. I mean, i am so damn tired at the time. So, excuse me for not giving the best picture. The bed is soft but i am nit satisfied with their covers, for me its a big thin. I like a more thick covers so i can sleep with air conditioner on.

As we can see, on top of the bed there is a sweet sweet message from the hotel for their customers. Its also so thoughtful because they literally printed it with the customer name on it. For people that following my post, must know that i am a sucker for little things related to message, like this for example. Not only that, there is this cute health kid where inside they put some item that can help us during our travel.

There is another thing on top of the bed that for me doing it for the room. It matches well with all the other decoration. This hotel and this room might be small but i like how thoughtful they are with their design. If we look at it, they only frame the world map bug j think its showed how simple and looking things if we put them all together thoughtfully can still look pretty and stylish.

The window is big which i love but its basically facing a wall in there. But i like how the put some space between the window and the wall behind it so i can still get some natural sun light in my room if i want to with privacy on it. If the big window is in the front, I think that i will probably will never opened it because i scared of the privacy that i will not get.

The only decoration that i dont like in this room is this. Its this one lonely chair in the corner of the room. Its just so creepy, j dont know why i feel really scared about it. Imagine if one night i woken up from my sleep in the middle of the night and see something sitting in there staring at my sleeping body. I know that i might be imagining too much but oh well…

There is another thing that i dont like about this place. Its this. The only place where i can charge my devices are in here. There is nothing near the bed, well i can if i want to took of the lamp cable behind the cabinet. But its really inconvenient. I cant call this working soace either because the table is too small to do anything in there and the chair is not comfortable enough to sit for long in there because there is nothing to lean on.

The use cable tv which is pretty impressive but sadly, all of their channels is blurry for some reason, and the noise is annoying because its not clear. I turn on the tv just for the sake of watching something bug i make the sound as low as possible.

There are this cute lamp. The lamp have the design that i really like. It reminds me of my lovely grandma’s old gucci.

Now lets go to the other room of this room, hehe. Anyway, as we can see it looks like there is two door in there and there is really two door in there but only one is functioning properly. I think that maybe in the beginning they want to design the space behind the door as two different room but changed their plan midways.

This is what we have on the right side and what we can find right after we open the door. There is a lot of space to put our luggage and hang our clothes. There is also a refrigerator in here. I must say that i prefer if the refrigerator be put in the bedroom area.

Here is the middle section of the room which is the sink and some of our bathroom necessities.

Then after that, we will go to the toilet area. I prefer to have a bathroom totally closed off from everything. So this bathroom plus storage spaces is not totally comfortable for me. Especially if i travel with other people. But, as i am only by myself and for a night in here. I am not really complaining.

There is this cute decoration on top of the toilet.

Lastly, this is the shower space. I like that we can get some sunlight in the shower. I also like the stone decoration.
