Five Photo Thursday and possibly the final entry into the 2022 Marmalade Diary
Spring sunrise 2022. Well, spring is actually the equinox and 22 September. It was a pretty sky, anyway, ahead of a morning in the kitchen.
The plan was to do another batch of marmalade - in the morning - and resume office duties in the afternoon.
Hopefully the final batch of marmalade (three fruit, my best seller) until the 2023 citrus season. Theoretically, too, it was to have been the final entry into the 2022 Marmalade Diaries. When I counted up this morning, I have 52 jars in stock. If I sell 12 a month, that's just over a three month supply, taking me to the beginning of January. However, I do have a box each of grapefruit and lemon marmalade. So, I'm going to, as they say, take it under advisement.
I didn't get into the office because marmalade takes as long as it takes, but I did catch the last of the sunlight falling on the bougainvillea.
Supper for two after an unplanned, full kitchen day. The usual Friday kitchen day is underway.
Until next time, be well

If this post might seem familiar, it's because I'm doing two things:
- re-vamping old recipes. As I do this, I am adding them in a file format that you can download and print. If you download recipes, buy me a coffee. Or better yet, a glass of wine....?
- and "re-capturing" nearly two years' worth of posts.
- From Wordpress, I use the Exxp Wordpress plugin. If this rocks your socks, click here or on on the image below to sign up.

- lastly, graphics are created using partly my own photographs, images available freely available on @hive.blog and Canva.
The morning is pleasant and added by the view of the sky that is so special.
I'll actually be quite interested to see if your stock is enough. Given how delicious that looks it is quite the question!
Well, I sold four jars of lemon today...so...🤔
