Another good bye
Pretty as a picture: fruit for our guest. Including strawberries from the garden with blueberries and a nectarine from Cecil.
It's been a crazy few days because it's been the annual poetry in McGregor so along with work suddenly happening, we had a longer market. And we had a guest in our Little Room - for just one night. That said, my planning went for a ball of sh*t because of other things beyond my control, and as I mentioned yesterday.
Between the market and going to watch the rugby - which we won, I managed to put together this bowl of bowls of fruit:
The bottom bowl is one of Trish's and the other, one of Paul's which is kind of sadly serendipitous. Why? Because our evening engagement was with Nina's half brother and his wife. Another good bye. They're selling up and heading to the UK. Thanks in no small part to having been robbed of work courtesy of that new big C. He's a builder and three months of lockdown... She's and architect and three months of lockdown...
We wish them will. They will be much missed.
Post script: I am trying to participate in @traciyork's November #HiveBloPoMo. I emphasise trying because the last two months have been exactly that - trying. There have been times that I've just been too exhausted and uninspired to post, let alone write something profound. That shouldn't stop you - or anyone. Read about how to participate here.
I've made it to day 19!
Until next time, be well

If this post might seem familiar, it's because I'm doing two things:
- re-vamping old recipes. As I do this, I am adding them in a file format that you can download and print. If you download recipes, buy me a coffee. Or better yet, a glass of wine....?
- and "re-capturing" nearly two years' worth of posts.
- From Wordpress, I use the Exxp Wordpress plugin. If this rocks your socks, click here or on on the image below to sign up.
