TIPS ON CRISIS MANAGEMENT// CLEANING ACTIVITY FOR 26-3-2024

In safety management, there are lots of things it entails but today I want to focus on crisis management.

What does crisis mean? This is any thing that has the potential to significantly impact an organisation or an individual. While on the other hand crisis management entails the overall coordination of an organisation's response to a crisis, in an effective, timely manner, with the goal of avoiding damage to the reputation, productivity and profit margin of a particular organisation.
Crisis management entails to identify crisis, planning a response to the crisis and confronting and resolving the issue.

The aim of crisis management in an organisation is to reduce tension during incident. It is also designed to demonstrate corporate commitment and expertise. It would help to control the flow and how information is shared in an organisation. Crisis management also helps to manage the use of resources effectively.

In handling crisis, one must understand the different stages of development of such crisis.

Today being Tuesday, I have been able to carry out my cleaning activity. I was able to do it in my beautiful compound. I picked all the dirts and got them disposed appropriately.
