My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2023

Call me Maciej this week!

My colleague of this name is currently on his holiday, so I’m basically doing his job and I like it.

While my normal job involves working with engineering drawings, tolerances, inspection, releasing certificates and… mainly being glued to the chair, Maciej’s job is to despatch the components and that requires a bit more running around.

Naturally my steps amount increased and without the additional walk after work I was already at 9k by the time I finished work. Monday would be my usual jog day, but my tight muscle is still quite sore, so I have to rest it while I can.

I had to stop at the shop to pick up new pair of wellies for the Boom Town festival I’m going to tomorrow. Fingers crossed there will be little to no rain while we there, but if it happens I need to be prepared.

Back home I decided it was time to also do my nails so they’re pretty for the weekend and I also called my parents on skype while doing them.

I also managed to meditate a little and still have an early night. All in all a productive day ☺️
