My Actifit Report Card: July 25 2023

The day wasn’t super active yesterday. I did my usual work walks and right after work I went to see Tina and we went to the 40th bday party to her neighbours.

There wasn’t much walking at the party, so I didn’t quite get even to 10k and sadly it doesn’t look like today is going to be much better, since it’s pouring down with rain.

While sitting in Tina’s garden I spotted a beautiful double coloured Lilly and was going to capture it for today’s report, but I left it till ‘later’ as one of the dogs was sitting on my laps and the later never happened.

Oh well, hopefully it’s still there next week for me to capture it. Today it’s a picture of my flowering orchid that I keep thinking of writing about and that too never comes 😧
