Extra walk in The Common. Poliac D6: July 19 2023

It was a nice and sunny day yesterday, sure good for my daily walks. Of course! It’s cause my umbrella in now in my car, ready for rain, so it’s not raining 😂

Now more than ever I’m happy that I finally got myself that Fitbit, because 1-3k steps a day that my Actifit app doesn’t record could make a difference in Poliac, but even that doesn’t help in getting any won matches. The other day I missed just 300 steps to win some points 🤷🏻‍♀️ Oh well, somebody has to be at the bottom of the table too 😉

Yesterday I though was a good day to stop for an extra walk at the common. I had a call scheduled with my friend and walks seem effortless while I’m busy talking.

Thank to that extra walk I made 8k extra steps on top of my usual work steps, which gave me a nice 15k steps total for yesterday 😁

Also managed to be in bed by 22:30, so today I don’t feel like falling asleep on my desk.
