Finally more steps. Poliac D4 : July 17 2023

Yesterday was back to work and more activity. To get more steps I walked also at morning break and then lunchtime came and… it’s pissing down with rain again.

One day I forgot to put my umbrella and it has to rain. So I walked up and down machine shop at work and once it stopped raining I went for a short walk outside.

The sky was gloomy and threatened to pour down again any minute, but luckily it hold off till after lunch.

It was raining again on my drive back home and when it paused, I quickly put my running shoes on and ventured out for my usual walk/run.

That topped up my activity nicely, but looking at #Poliac table of results not enough to gain any points in the silver league.

Will I gain any points at all in my debut in POLIAC? Not sure, but I’ll do what I can and hope for the best ☺️

I don’t mind it either when I’m indoors or have my umbrella, only when it messes up my walking schedule 😁
