Delicious and healthy food
In this post, I will share an interesting and delicious dish with you.
The ingredients used to prepare this dish can be varied and we can use the ingredients we like or have in the fridge.
Materials I used:
potato
Rice
cotyledons
aromatic vegetable
Salt
pepper and turmeric.
At first, it is better to leave the rice and cobs together with water for about 20 minutes to be half cooked.
After the beans and rice are half cooked, we pour them in a colander. In a bowl, we mix aromatic vegetables, rice and cobs, salt, pepper and turmeric together.
You can add minced meat to these ingredients, but I didn't have meat at home.
Using a small knife and spoon, we can empty the inside of the raw potatoes, being careful not to puncture the potato wall.
We sprinkle a little salt inside the empty potatoes and pour the ingredients inside using a small spoon.
In a small pot, we fry a sliced onion with salt, turmeric and a little oil, add a spoonful of tomato paste and fry it a little. Pour 1 and a half cups of water into it and put the potatoes in it.
Pour a spoonful of the cooking water into the dumplings and then put them in each one.
Leave it in the pot and let it cook for 40 minutes on low heat.
