Cooking pasta my way
Hello.
Today I want to introduce you to another simple and delicious dish.
You must have cooked and eaten this dish, but in other recipes.
It is better to use this method if you like.
Ingredients we need for this dish:
Pasta (any model you like).
Minced mutton.
tomato paste .
Grated onion.
Frying oil.
You can use vegetables such as pepper, corn and even mushrooms.
First, we put a pot of water to boil.
During this time, we can prepare the pasta ingredients.
Fry the grated onion in a little oil.
We fry the minced meat (I used a mixture of mutton and veal) along with the fried onions until the color of the meat changes. Add tomato paste and fry. Be careful not to burn. Add salt, pepper and turmeric. We pour a glass of water (it doesn't matter whether it is cold or hot) on the ingredients and stir. We leave it on the stove with low heat until the meat is cooked.
When the water boils, we add the har er pasta along with a little salt, let it boil for about 10 minutes. We stir several times so that all the pasta cooks equally.
After this time, we pour the pasta in a colander. Pour a little oil on the bottom of the pot and put a piece of thin bread on the bottom of the pot. Pour the drained pasta into the pot and pour the meat liquid over it and mix. We sprinkle a glass of water over it and after that put the pot on and reduce the heat.
We give 25 minutes for the food to brew and be ready to eat.
I served this dish with a simple salad called Shirazi salad. You can drink it with yogurt or various pickles.
