A delicious Iranian dish with three ingredients, meat, eggplant, tomato. Eggplant Stew

This dish can be served with or without bread.

Ingredients needed to prepare this dish:
Eggplant
Mince
Meat
grated tomato
Grated onion
I peeled the eggplants and placed them in the middle of a napkin and pressed them until the water was absorbed.
When fried, it absorbs less oil. Until the eggplants are fried,
we grate an onion and knead it well with minced meat, salt and pepper and divide it into desired balls.
After the eggplants are fried around, we fry the meatballs, then add the grated tomatoes.
I also added a glass of boiling water.
We also add salt and pepper.
After it has boiled for about half an hour and the tomatoes have a nice color, we put the eggplants one by one on the meat and tomatoes.
Let it boil for about half an hour with low heat. Our delicious stew was prepared so easily. Enjoy your meal.
