Indonesia, a diversified archipelago with a sizable population, is confronted with the issue of sustaining and constructing adequate infrastructure to support its expanding economy. To address these demands, the Indonesian government has created vehicle taxation systems, including car taxes, in order to support critical public services and infrastructure projects. What is surprising is the zeal with which Indonesian citizens do their civic responsibility by paying their automobile taxes on time.
