This is my first entry in this community and contest. Being a woman, I've found a special platform where women have being a priority.

If you see any woman succeeding today, always remember that she has come to this stage by fighting this world. She didn't allow herself to fall into this world. Even if she staggered, she continued to move towards her destination. If she was thinking of doing something, she would face all obstacles in front of her alone. Today if she is doctor, pilot, teacher, nurse, motivator, army officer, writer, she has crossed many U-turns. She didn't find all these stages in her life by sitting. She got it all for her hard work.
The most important thing about a successful woman is her

• Positive mindset
• Courage
• Avoid comparison herself with others

Positive mindset:

A successful woman will never let negative thoughts wander around her. She will admit her mistakes and learn from them. She will never confuse herself with different messy thoughts. She will handle everything in a positive way by positive mind instead of negative thinking.
And if she saves herself from negative thoughts then understand that she has got the first key to reach her destination.

Courage:

The courage to do something comes when a person thinks of becoming something big. A successful woman does not allow her mistakes to grow, she finds a solution. She is not afraid to apologize in front of people.
If she falls once, she has the courage to get up again and again.

Let me tell you about a famous Pakistani motivator "Muneeba Mazari". She had an accident and was admit in a hospital for two years. In everyone's eyes her life was ended, but she was dreaming big in her eyes. She took away every single fear from herself. She did this because she wanted to move on in life. She couldn't walk after the accident. Her spinal cord fractured. She couldn't even become a mother in her life after this accident. But she became a courage to get up again and live her life. Now she became a courage of all weak women. And today she is one of the biggest successful motivator of Pakistan.

(I have shared this little story with you so that we know it takes a lot of courage to be a successful woman. If this women had given up, she would have been called a loser today. But now she is a successful woman without her legs, without being a mother). 

Avoid comparison herself:

We need to know that every woman has different qualities and potential. A successful woman focuses on her strength instead of comparing herself. Because comparison produce jealousy in a person. And if jealousy enters, she throw herself into the swamp with her oneself. But a successful woman makes comparison to her strength. She doesn't allow to steal her happiness and sanity just because of comparison. She makes her skills her power and live a succeeded life.
