The much awaited package arrived a few days ago. Was a package containing a boxset of "The Complete Chronicles of Narnia" reprint with a new design, containing 6 books (books 1-6, I haven't bought book 7). A few weeks ago Publisher Gramedia Pustaka Utama opened preorders for the 7 Narnia books, where by buying a minimum of 4 books, you will get a box. There were many who bought, so they sold out within minutes, so the publisher opened a second batch for preorders. I only bought 6 first because if I bought 7 books the shipping was very expensive. The price for each book was IDR 52,000 (discounted from IDR 65,000). Of course I got a box because I bought more than 4 during preorders.

Paket yang dinanti-nanti tiba beberapa hari yang lalu. Adalah paket berisi boxset "The Complete Chronicles of Narnia" cetak ulang dengan desain baru, yang berisi 6 buah buku (buku 1-6, aku belum membeli buku 7). Beberapa minggu yang lalu Penerbit Gramedia Pustaka Utama membuka preorder ke-7 buku Narnia, yang mana dengan membeli minimal 4 buku maka akan mendapat sebuah box. Yang membeli banyak, sehingga ludes dalam beberapa menit, sehingga penerbit membuka batch kedua untuk preorder. Aku membeli 6 saja dulu karena kalau beli 7 buku ongkirnya mahal sekali. Harga tiap bukunya adalah Rp52.000 (didiskon dari harga Rp65.000). Tentu saja aku mendapat box karena membeli lebih dari 4 saat preorder.

Book series The Chronicles of Narnia is a fantasy novel series by C. S. Lewis, of which 3 of the 7 books have been made into films, and all three films are famous. The three books that have been filmed are books 1, 2, 3 (in order of publication time), namely: 1. The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe, 2. Prince Caspian, 3. The Voyage of the Dawn Treader.

Buku seri The Chronicles of Narnia adalah novel seri fantasi karangan C. S. Lewis, yang mana 3 dari 7 bukunya sudah difilmkan, dan ketiga film tersebut terkenal. Ketiga buku yang sudah difilmkan adalah buku 1, 2, 3 (urutan waktu terbit), yaitu: 1. The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe, 2. Prince Caspian, 3. The Voyage of the Dawn Treader.

The order used in the version I bought is in chronological order, not in order of publication time, namely:

3. The Horse and His Boy (Kuda dan Anak Manusia)

7. The Last Battle (Pertempuran Terakhir)
