Orange and Coconut Milk Agar-agar

A few days ago, I made agar-agar. 2 layers of agar-agar. One layer was coconut milk agar-agar, the other layer was orange agar-agar. Agar-agar is a jelly-like food, in which the agar-agar is made from seaweed without any konyaku. Both agar-agar and jelly, are usually used as desserts.

Beberapa hari yang lalu, aku membuat agar-agar. Agar-agarnya 2 lapis. Lapisan yang satu adalah agar-agar santan, lapisan yang satunya lagi adalah agar-agar jeruk. Agar-agar adalah makanan seperti jeli, yang mana agar-agar terbuat dari rumput laut tanpa ada konyaku. Baik agar-agar maupun jeli, biasanya dijadikan sebagai makanan penutup.

I didn't use milk, but coconut milk. It is customary in my area to make coconut milk agar-agar. For the orange agar-agar, I used oranges and a powdered orange drink, namely Nutrisari - American Sweet Orange. Orange is a fruit that is rich in benefits.

Aku tidak menggunakan susu, melainkan santan. Sudah biasa di daerahku membuat agar-agar santan. Untuk agar-agar jeruk-nya, aku menggunakan jeruk dan minuman jeruk bubuk, yaitu Nutrisari - American Sweet Orange. Jeruk adalah buah yang kaya manfaat.

Ingredients:
● 1 sachet of agar-agar powder
● 2 oranges
● Coconut milk, about 1 large cup
● Sugar
● About 3 cups of water
● 1 sachet of Nutrisari - American Sweet Orange
Bahan-bahan:
● 1 saset tepung agar-agar
● 2 buah jeruk
● Santan, seukuran sekitar 1 gelas besar
● Gula
● Sekitar 3 cangkir air
● 1 saset Nutrisari - American Sweet Orange


How to make:

Cara membuat:

● Add about half a sachet of agar-agar powder (approximately) to the coconut milk.

Tambahkan sekitar setengah saset tepung agar-agar (kira-kira saja) ke santan.

● Add sugar, the amount is up to you.

Tambahkan gula, banyaknya terserah.

● Add about a cup of water.

Tambahkan sekitar satu cangkir air.

● Bring to a boil and stir.

Didihkan dan aduk.

● While boiling, cut 2 oranges each into 2 halves.

Selagi mendidihkan, potong 2 buah jeruk masing-masing menjadi 2 bagian.

● Turn off the heat when it boils. Leave.

Matikan api saat sudah mendidih. Diamkan.

● Squeeze the oranges.

Peras jeruknya.

● Put the agar-agar solution into the container/s. Leave.

Masukkan larutan agar-agar ke wadah. Diamkan.

● Add remaining agar-agar powder and 1 sachet of Nutrisari - American Sweet Orange to a stewpan.

Masukkan sisa tepung agar-agar dan 1 saset Nutrisari - American Sweet Orange ke panci rebus.

● Add orange juice.

Tambahkan perasan jeruk.

● Add about 2 cups of water.

Tambahkan sekitar 2 cangkir air.

● Bring to a boil.

Didihkan.

● Add sugar, the amount is up to you (you can also before boiling). Stir.

Tambahkan gula, banyaknya terserah (boleh juga sebelum dididihkan). Aduk.

● Put the coconut milk agar-agar in the refrigerator.

Masukkan agar-agar santannya ke kulkas.

● Turn off the heat when it boils. Leave.

Matikan api saat sudah mendidih. Diamkan.

● Add to the top of the coconut milk agar-agar. Leave. Put in the refrigerator.

Tambahkan ke atas agar-agar santan. Diamkan. Masukkan ke kulkas.

Greetings @faisalhanafih! I wanted to make you a suggestion, and that is to avoid including so many photographs of your finished dish. In this post I notice that there are 8 photos of the recipe already prepared. Try to reduce this amount. With two or three good photos, of your finished dish, it is enough, avoid repeating the same shots or the same angles. It is a tip so that your posts are even more wonderful than they already are.
