Nasi Uduk or Nasi Gurih (Savory Coconut Rice) is a very popular Indonesian dish, usually found in breakfast shops, because this food is usually eaten in the morning, even though I made nasi uduk 2 days ago in the evening.

• Cooking oil
• 1 buah kentang (ukuran besar)
• 5 buah cabai merah
• 3 buah cabai rawit
• 4 siung bawang putih
• 5 siung bawang merah
• Beberapa buah wortel
• Beberapa buah buncis
• Daun sop
• Garam
• Lada bubuk
• Tepung bakwan
• Tepung terigu
• Air
• Minyak goreng
How to make:
Cara membuat:
• Grate the potato and carrots and chop the celery and chickpeas.
• Add 5 pieces of red chili, 3 pieces of cayenne pepper, 4 cloves of garlic, 5 cloves of shallot, and a little water into the blender. Puree with the blender. Add to the mixture of potato, carrots, celery, and chickpeas.
• Add salt.
• Add pepper powder.
• Add bakwan flour, wheat flour, and water. Stir. Add wheat flour if you feel it's not enough, for example, then stir.

■ Fried Chicken with Sambal:
Ayam Goreng Sambal:
Ingredients:
Bahan-bahan:

• Garlic slices
• Shallot slices
• Cayenne pepper slices
• Cooking oil
• Chili paste
• Sugar
• Salt
• Tomato
• Potongan ayam yang sudah diungkep

• Minyak goreng
• Pasta cabai
• Gula
• Garam

Cara membuat:

• Tambahkan pasta cabai kalau kurang, misal, lalu aduk.

■ Boiled Eggs with Sambal
Telur Rebus Sambal:
Ingredients:
Bahan-bahan:
• 4 eggs
• Water
• Cooking oil
• Chili paste
• Sugar
• Salt
• Tomato
• 4 butir telur
• Air
• Minyak goreng
• Pasta cabai
• Gula
• Garam
• Tomat
How to make:
Cara membuat:
• Boil 4 eggs with water.
• Saute chili paste in cooking oil.
• Add tomato. Stir.
• Add sugar and salt. Stir.
• Enter the boiled eggs that have been peeled. Stir.
• Rebus 4 butir telur dengan air.
• Tumis pasta cabai dengan minyak goreng.
• Tambahkan tomat. Aduk.
• Tambahkan gula dan garam. Aduk.
• Masukkan telur rebus yang sudah dikupas kulitnya. Aduk.
■ Crackers:
Kerupuk:
Fry crackers with cooking oil.
Goreng kerupuk dengan minyak goreng.
