Melon × Coconut Milk Agar-agar | Recipe
Melon is a popular fruit. The benefits of eating melons include: beneficial for bone health, reducing blood pressure.
Melon adalah buah yang populer. Manfaat mengonsumsi melon di antaranya: bermanfaat untuk kesehatan tulang, mengurangi tekanan darah.
Yesterday I made Melon × Coconut Milk Agar-agar. Two layers of agar-agar. The melon I used was melon with green flesh. I also used 1 sachet of Agarasa Melon Flavor, which is agar-agar powder with melon flavor.
Kemarin aku membuat Agar-Agar Melon × Santan. Dua lapis agar-agar. Melon yang kugunakan adalah melon yang dagingnya berwarna hijau. Aku juga menggunakan 1 saset Agarasa Rasa Melon, yaitu tepung agar-agar dengan rasa melon.
Below I give the recipe. Suitable for vegans. Don't use milk, but use coconut milk.
Di bawah ini aku berikan resepnya. Cocok untuk vegan. Tidak pakai susu, tetapi pakai santan.
Ingredients: |

• 1 sachet of Agarasa Melon Flavor |
• Coconut milk is about 1 cup |
• Sugar as you like |
• About 2 cups of water |
• Melon pieces for blending |
• Melon pieces for the first layer of agar-agar filling, already placed in container/s (it's up to you how many containers you want) |
Bahan-bahan: |

• 1 saset Agarasa Rasa Melon |
• Santan seukuran sekitar 1 cangkir |
• Gula semaumu |
• Sekitar 2 cangkir air |
• Potongan-potongan melon untuk diblender |
• Potongan-potongan melon untuk isian agar-agar lapis pertama, sudah ditaruh di wadah (terserahmu mau berapa wadah) |
How to make:
Cara membuat:
● Mix a portion of 1 sachet of Agarasa Melon Flavor with about 1 cup of coconut milk in a stewpan. Add sugar as you like, add about 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil and stir. Turn off the heat when boils. Leave the solution for some time.
Campurkan sebagian dari 1 saset Agarasa Rasa Melon dengan santan seukuran sekitar 1 cangkir di panci rebus. Tambahkan gula semaumu, tambahkan sekitar 1 cangkir air. Didihkan dan aduk. Matikan api di saat sudah mendidih. Diamkan larutan selama beberapa waktu.
● While simmering and or leaving, add the melon pieces and about 1 cup of water to the blender. Blend.
Selagi sedang mendidihkan dan atau mendiamkan, masukkan potongan-potongan melon dan sekitar 1 cangkir air ke blender. Blender.
● Put the solution into container/s that has been put the melon pieces.
Masukkan larutan ke wadah yang sudah ditaruh potongan-potongan melon.
● Mix the remaining 1 sachet of Agarasa Melon Flavor with the sugar as you like in a stewpan.
Campurkan sisa dari 1 saset Agarasa Rasa Melon dengan gula semaumu di panci rebus.
● Add the blended result. Bring to a boil and stir. Bring to a boil and stir. Turn off the heat when boils. Leave the solution for some time.
Tambahkan hasil blenderan. Didihkan dan aduk. Matikan api di saat sudah mendidih. Diamkan larutan selama beberapa waktu.
● Add the solution to the first solution when the top is already crusted (not when the entire first solution has hardened), by pouring slowly, using a spoon to pour. Leave for some time.
Tambahkan larutan ke larutan pertama saat atasnya sudah berkulit (jangan saat seluruh larutan pertama sudah mengeras), dengan cara menuang pelan-pelan, gunakan bantuan sendok untuk menuang. Diamkan selama beberapa waktu.
● Put in the refrigerator.
Masukkan ke kulkas.
Of course Melon × Coconut Milk Agar-agar can already be enjoyed when it has hardened.
Tentu saja Agar-Agar Melon × Santan sudah bisa dinikmati saat sudah mengeras.
