Grape Skins ➡️ Pudding | Coconut Milk Grape Pudding
Yesterday I made fruit pudding. Pudding from grape skins. I also used the flesh of the grapes, but as filling for pudding. I used coconut milk. Coconut milk pudding is suitable as a substitute for milk pudding for those who do not consume milk.
Kemarin aku membuat pudding buah. Pudding dari kulit anggur. Aku juga menggunakan daging anggurnya, tapi sebagai isian pudding. Aku menggunakan santan. Pudding santan cocok sebagai pengganti pudding susu bagi yang tidak mengonsumsi susu.
Grape is a delicious fruit and the price is not cheap. I used grape skins to boil in water, producing a very pretty color. I mixed the result with agar-agar powder. Actually I wanted the original one (clear white), but it turned out that what I used was the brown one (I only knew before I mixed). But beautiful (the color), really. So, if you want to make the pudding, you can use the original one, you can use the brown one.
Anggur merupakan buah yang enak dan harganya tidak murah. Aku menggunakan kulit anggur untuk direbus di air, menghasilkan warna yang cantik sekali. Aku mencampurkan hasilnya dengan tepung agar-agar. Sebetulnya aku inginnya yang original (berwarna putih bening), tapi ternyata yang kugunakan adalah yang warna cokelat (aku baru tau sebelum kucampurkan). Tapi cantik (warnanya), kok. Jadi, kalau kalian mau membuat pudding ini, boleh pakai yang original, boleh pakai yang warna cokelat.
INGREDIENTS: |

• 1 sachet of agar-agar powder (7 grams) |
• About 65 ml of ready-to-use coconut milk |
• About 200 grams of grapes |
• About 700 ml of water (to be cooked into pudding) |
• Water for washing grapes |
• Baking soda |
• Sugar (the amount is up to you) |
BAHAN-BAHAN: |

• 1 saset tepung agar-agar (7 gram) |
• Sekitar 65 ml santan kelapa siap pakai |
• Sekitar 200 gram anggur |
• Sekitar 700 ml air (untuk dimasak menjadi pudding) |
• Air untuk mencuci anggur |
• Baking soda |
• Gula (banyaknya terserah masing-masing) |
STEPS:

Step 1:
Langkah 1:
Wash the grapes: Add baking soda to about 200 grams of grapes in a container, then add water. Drain the water. Add water and then drain it (do several times).
Cuci anggur: Tambahkan baking soda ke sekitar 200 gram anggur di wadah, lalu tambahkan air. Buang air. Tambahkan air lalu buang (lakukan beberapa kali).

Peel the skin of the grapes (put the skins in about 700 ml of water, the flesh of the grapes put back into the container).
Kupas kulit anggur (kulitnya masukkan ke sekitar 700 ml air, daging anggur taruh kembali ke wadah).
Step 3:

Add sugar to the water and grape skins. Bring to a boil and stir.
Tambahkan gula ke air dan kulit anggur. Didihkan dan aduk.
Step 4:

Turn off the heat when boils, strain so that only the solution remains.
Matikan api ketika sudah mendidih, saring sehingga menyisakan larutannya saja.
Step 5:

Mix the solution with 1 sachet of agar-agar powder (7 grams) and about 65 ml of ready-to-use coconut milk. Bring to a boil and stir.
Campurkan larutan tadi dengan 1 saset tepung agar-agar (7 gram) dan sekitar 65 ml santan kelapa siap pakai. Didihkan dan aduk.
Step 6:
Langkah 6:
Put the cooked solution into mold/s of flesh of the grapes. Cool in the refrigerator.
Masukkan larutan yang sudah masak ke cetakan berisi daging anggur. Dinginkan di kulkas.
