Egg Fried Noodles with Tofu
A few days ago, I made a dish. Namely Egg Fried Noodles with Tofu. I used 1 pack of Mi Cap Burung Dara - Dry Wheat Noodles. I also used other ingredients which are not difficult.
Beberapa hari yang lalu, aku membuat sebuah hidangan. Yaitu Mi Goreng Telur dengan Tahu. Aku menggunakan 1 bungkus Mi Cap Burung Dara - Mi Kering Gandum. Aku juga menggunakan bahan-bahan lain yang tidak sulit.
INGREDIENTS:
BAHAN-BAHAN:
● 1 pack of Mi Cap Burung Dara - Dry Wheat Noodles (or you can use other noodles)
● 1 egg
● 1 sachet of chili sauce
● A few pieces of tofu
● Cooking oil
● Garlic slices
● Shallot slices
● Chili paste
● Green chili slices
● Tomato slices
● Salt
● Pepper powder
● Soy Sauce
● 1 bungkus Mi Cap Burung Dara - Mi Kering Gandum (atau kalian boleh pakai mi yang lain)
● 1 butir telur
● 1 saset saus sambal
● Beberapa potong tahu
● Minyak goreng
● Potongan bawang putih
● Potongan bawang merah
● Pasta cabai
● Potongan cabai hijau
● Potongan tomat
● Garam
● Lada bubuk
● Kecap
HOW TO MAKE:
CARA MEMBUAT:
● Boil the noodles. Drain well.
Rebus minya. Tiriskan.
● Fry a few pieces of tofu with cooking oil (at that time I fried 3 pieces of tofu) in a frying pan. Lift and drain.
Goreng beberapa potong tahu dengan minyak goreng (waktu itu aku menggoreng 3 potong tahu) di penggorengan. Angkat dan tiriskan.
● Saute the garlic slices and shallot slices in cooking oil in a frying pan.
Tumis potongan bawang putih dan potongan bawang merah dengan minyak goreng di penggorengan.
● Add chili paste. Stir.
Tambahkan pasta cabai. Aduk.
● Crack 1 egg above the frying pan. Stir.
Pecahkan 1 butir telur di atas penggorengan. Aduk.
● Add green chili slices. Stir.
Tambahkan potongan cabai hijau. Aduk.
● Add tomato slices. Stir.
Tambahkan potongan tomat. Aduk.
● Add 1 sachet of chili sauce, salt, and pepper powder. Stir.
Tambahkan 1 saset saus sambal, garam, dan lada bubuk. Aduk.
● Add noodles and soy sauce. Stir.
Tambahkan mi dan kecap. Aduk.
● Correct the taste, add salt if you feel it's not enough, for example, then stir.
Koreksi rasanya, tambahkan garam kalau dirasa kurang, misal, lalu aduk.
● Serve on a plate, add the fried tofu.
Sajikan di piring, tambahkan tahu gorengnya.
