A Very Delicious Plantbased Pudding | PUDDING LABU KUNING (PUMPKIN PUDDING)

Itulah yang kubuat beberapa hari lalu, yaitu PUDDING LABU KUNING. Keunggulan labu kuning dibuat pudding adalah rasa yang lezat, gampang dimakan/dikunyah, dingin ❄... Ini cocok untuk vegan.

• 1 pack of agar-agar powder |
• About 300 grams of pumpkin |
• About 250 ml of water |
• About 500 ml of coconut milk |
• About 1/4 teaspoon of salt |
• Sugar (amount is up to you) |

• 1 bungkus tepung agar-agar |
• Sekitar 300 gram labu kuning |
• Sekitar 250 ml air |
• Sekitar 500 ml santan |
• Sekitar 1/4 sendok teh garam |
• Gula pasir (banyaknya terserahmu) |
How to make:
Cara membuat:
● Steam the pumpkin for about 20 minutes.
Kukus labunya selama sekitar 20 menit.
● Put the steamed pumpkin and about 250 ml of water into the blender.
Masukkan labu yang telah dikukus dan sekitar 250 ml air ke blender.
● Blend.
Blender.
● Combine everything (blended result, 1 pack of agar-agar powder, about 500 ml of coconut milk, about 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and sugar (amount is up to you) in a stewpan.
Campurkan semuanya (hasil blenderan, 1 bungkus tepung agar-agar, sekitar 500 ml santan, sekitar 1/4 sendok teh garam, dan gula pasir (banyaknya terserahmu) di panci rebus.
● Bring to a boil and stir. Turn off the heat when the solution boils. Leave the solution for some time.
Didihkan dan aduk. Matikan api kalau larutan sudah mendidih. Diamkan larutan selama beberapa waktu.
● Put the solution into container/s. Leave the solution for some time. Put in the refrigerator.
Masukkan larutan ke wadah. Diamkan larutan selama beberapa waktu. Masukkan ke kulkas.
