LAWS OF SILENT// WHEN TO REMAIN SILENT

Today I will be discussing on WHEN TO BE SILENT

1. Be Silent In The Heat Of Anger. When you're provoked by someone, don't always over react... actions taken when you are provoked can lead to regret in latter days

2. Be silent when you

3. facts. Assumption is not a fact. Always make sure that you have a substantial evidence before you start accusing someone.

4. Be silent when you haven't verified the story. Stories told based on emotions can actually cause problem afterwards... don't lie against anyone just for fun. Character assassination is not good

5. Be silent if your words will offend a weaker person or hurt a weaker person. Always check if the person you intend to engage in argument is emotionally driven. Hurtful words can be forgotten but the pain it creates is unfilled

6. Be silent when it is time to listen. You can actually learn something even from a foolish man talk.

7. Be silent when you are tempted to make light of holy things. Blasphemy is not good. Never make jest of holy or sacred things

8. Be silent when you are tempted to joke about sin. Listen when your sins are tabled before you,it will have your conscience cleared.

9. Be silent if you would be ashamed of your words later. Not all words can be taken down when they are spoken. Be mindful of your choice of words

10. Be silent if your words would convey the wrong impression. People will always judge or credit you based on your first impression before them. Many may not give you the benefit of the doubt when you failed.

11. Be silent if the issue is none of your business. Engage in a conversation that only concerns you in order to maintain your self respect and dignity.

12. Be silent when you are tempted to tell an
    outright lie. Is better to remain mute than to blatantly say what you are not sure. If you give false information to people always,they may consider you as an unholy liar

13. Be silent if your words will damage someone else's reputation. Lying against your fellow being just to get favour or to be noticed is generally unacceptable.

14. Be silent if your words will damage a friendship. Many friendship today has scattered as a result of betrayal of confidentiality.

15. Be silent when you are feeling critical. Learn to work in silent and allow your results to make the noise.

16. Be silent if you can't
    say it without
    screaming. It doesn't portray your image good if you always scream when talking to people.

17. Be silent if your words will be a poor reflection of your friends and family. Many talk bad about their families in public not knowing that family is very important in everyone's life. Always make peace with your relatives

18. Be silent if you may
    have to eat your words later. Is better not to talk than to talk and later regret why you even opened your mouth for the first place.

19. Be silent if you have already said it more than one time. Constantly repeating a statement in presence of people will make them see you as a talkative.

20. Be silent when you are tempted to flatter a wicked person. Learn to always call a spade a spade no matter the situation at hand.

21. Be silent when you are supposed to be working instead. Channel your energy into something more reproductive other than wasting it on talks.

22. Be silent when a wise person is talking because you will definitely learn alot from the person. Company of wise will always be wise while who that follows a foolish company remains unwise.
