Hello, hivers. I realize it's been a while since the first half of our Nami Island visit was released. Please bear with me while I continue to enjoy the laid-back way of life in the province. lol
So here's the part two, the last thing I shared is about the animals that can be seen on the island and that we were able to spot during the time we were roaming around. It made me happy as it doesn't happen every day that you can experience the beauty of this place. As a coffee lover, you have many alternatives for where you can get coffee on the island, therefore I can assure you that you will not miss anything from the city because this island provides practically almost everything.
We went to the middle of the island, where you can see the majority of the dining options. We were feeling a little hungry after a long walk and came across this food cart offering ice cream and churros. We love churros so much that we ate them almost every day during our time in Korea. lol
After we got some food, we started looking for a place to relax. We found this space with a table and a chair to sit in, and it was very serene. We noticed some tourists playing games in the middle of the grass, and the game they were playing was Squid Game, which is a popular Korean series on Netflix.
It was incredibly cold at the time, and I wished the Philippines had the same temperature as Korea. We sat for at least 20 minutes appreciating the scenery and recovering from our lengthy walks; when I checked my steps that day, I had nearly 7,000 steps, which was fairly fantastic. I didn't realize how far and long we'd traveled since leaving the hotel to reach Nami Island. So, if you want to meet your daily step goal, this island is the greatest and most calm place to do so. When we were sufficiently energized, we explored the island to see what was there. Since our departure time was 5:30 and the driver was waiting, it is also the route back to the port. It was approximately 4:00 PM at this point. We were having so much fun that we didn't realize how much time had passed until we stopped at a cafΓ© for a bite to eat, or should I say snacks. After we arrived at Nami Island CafΓ©, we made an order, had a light snack, and while we were there, two of my friends got coffee, which they said was excellent. When we got there, I decided not to have coffee since I wanted to relax and have a nice night's sleep.
On this island, there were more gems for us to discover. We spotted a large sculpture of a stoned mother and child, as well as a lovely location for pictures. Without a doubt, Nami is a location suitable for many events because of its large space, which allows for prenuptial photos as well as weddings and other events. I will definitely go back to Korea and make sure to visit Nami again and other places we never visited.
