Dugouts of Sokol district. Kotlaksa
The next village of Dvinitsky bush (or settlement) I chose the village of Kotlaksa, the farthest from my route. The village stands at a height difference...although all the villages here are at a height difference due to their proximity to the Dvinitsa River. Immediately, a double drop is obtained – a smaller river Schetinka, flows into the Dvinitsa.
When I see an unusual village name, I immediately want to find its meaning. I couldn't find it this time.
This night showed the perfect lighting for photographing dugouts. In general, everything around was perfect: a bright moon, although not full, a starry sky, a leafless season, windless weather.
It was so quiet that it seemed to me that my movements on the dry grass could be heard even in the neighboring village.
And in places there was frozen grass and branches from bushes were crunching...the crackling was all over the neighborhood.
But in the end, I didn't even wake up the local dogs. And to be honest, the village is not particularly residential...
