Greetings, dear readers, today I give life and love to my blog with my participation in the consequent initiative in the community @TheWeekend that goes hand in hand with our friend @galenkp, and week after week we review interesting and challenging questions that allow us to self-explore, to show us giving us to know a little more of our being. In this way I integrate myself by answering the first question:

Bigget achievement

What has been your biggest emotional, personal development or relationship- related achievement in the last five years. Tell us about the situation, your achievement, how you attained it and how it has changed your life or outlook on life. Talk about pitfalls, the way you navigated them and took advantage of opportunities you found or created.

Just 5 years ago I made a strong decision, and that was to start a new career for my evolution, I had previously done 4th level studies and workshops related to human development and educational issues to acquire tools for my personal and professional life. But in those institutions of higher education I encountered bureaucratic, political, disorganized and mercantilist situations where I felt disappointed and frustrated, which did not allow me to move forward and therefore I deserted because those scenarios became stressful, affecting my psychophysical health.

I continued to walk with the dream of making another career that would nourish me intellectually and emotionally, so I walked in my working world as a teacher of plastic expression for children and my cultural activities that were a balm, until one day in the artistic environment I found a discipline that changed my life completely BIODANZA, a system created by the master and transcended Rolando Toro Araneda.

His legacy was to leave us a system of human integration, organic renewal, affective reeducation and relearning of the original functions of life. His methodology consists of inducing integrative experiences through music, singing, movement and group encounters.

At first such a concept was abstract to me but progressively I began to recognize it in one of the simple definitions given by the system "BIODANCE IS THE DANCE OF LIFE"... and so I went after each session once a week in regular groups, watching and embracing my identity by awakening my natural movements together with my emotions nurtured by my potentialities recognized in the :

VITALITY
(impetus and joie de vivre focused on organic balance - self-regulation).

SEXUALITY
(pleasure as the essence of life).

CREATIVITY
(innate impulse for existential renewal - expressive capacity to innovate and build).

AFFECTIVITY
(bonding from active presence and undifferentiated love).

TRANSCENDENCE
(Integration with the whole experiencing an expansion of consciousness).

After all this transit expressing my emotions with my natural movements without stereotypes related to my inner world and life history in correlation with the context, I can say that there has been a transformation in my being determined by the awakening of my affective and ecological awareness to myself and everyday life, I have been able to look at myself, accept myself and treat myself with benevolence according to my polarities, therefore this internal work has led me to harmonize between my feeling and thinking, this being a manifesto of my identity.

Dancing my life led me to reconnect with my psychophysical health to the point of healing a spur on my left foot, affective situations and hyperactivity, and contact with facilitators and participants with testimonies of healing motivated me to make the decision to study Biodanza.

It is worth noting that to make the decision to become a professional in this area, I went through fears about my finances since the payment is in dollars and with my work as a teacher in my country Venezuela by then it was difficult to obtain it, however reducing some luxuries and in sincere conversation with my teachers, I was able to obtain funding and thus start the training, then I started to attend each class one weekend per month, studying and doing biodanza once a week in regular groups.

After four years of intense meetings and studies with teachers and colleagues, in the coming days I will be able to put into practice my service in a welcoming space that awaits us, bringing so much learning acquired with discipline and dedication, there will be realized my dream where I will be offering my supervised classes (internships) to qualify for the title and international certification as a facilitator in Biodanza, whose very personal goal is to spread to humanity the benefits offered by this wonderful system from which I obtained and continue to obtain favors, thus being one of my greatest achievements on the way to obtain many more.

BIODANZA found me and in it I rejoice, becoming an eternal learner with the openness and ability to reconnect with the essentials of life, to continue evolving in this challenging world full of so much diversity in human, animal and natural beauty, eager to integrate affectively to obtain a life full of absolute well-being.
