Always Worth the Wait

One has to anticipate the pizza gravings well in advance because it takes three days for the pizza dought to mature into its full potential.

I came prepared and made enought dough to have pizza on two consecutive days. I like to keep pizza as an extra nice treat so I don’t make it that often.

I would like to invest in a bigger pizza stone, and by the looks of it plates too, because the delicious flat bread masquerading as dinner always spill over. Though have you ever eaten pizza at a restaurant and it was served in a big enough plate? That’s right, never.
