[ESP/ENG] La famosa Plaza Botero de Medellín

Hola a todos! espero que estén bien, continuando con el turismo en Medellín, esta vez decidí volver a visitar la espectacular Plaza Botero, donde se encuentran esculturas del artista colombiano y muy famoso Fernando Botero, por supuesto en compañía de mi amigo Pawel, porque quería que él disfrutara de estas geniales esculturas tal como lo hice yo la primera vez que fui con mis amigos Wilkins, Kerit y Esthefany, y les cuento que es bonito recordar estos momentos.

Hi all! I hope you are well, continuing with tourism in Medellin, this time I decided to revisit the spectacular Plaza Botero, where there are sculptures by the very famous Colombian artist Fernando Botero, of course in the company of my friend Pawel, because I wanted him to enjoy of these great sculptures just as I did the first time I went with my friends Wilkins, Kerit and Esthefany, and I tell you that it is nice to remember these moments.

También decidimos ir en metro hasta allí para que Pawel se montara en él por primera vez también en Medellín, y gracias a Dios recordaba cómo hacerlo, bueno tampoco había pasado mucho tiempo desde que fui, pero a veces puedo olvidar las cosas y soy muy perdida con las direcciones, pero esta es fácil porque solo fuimos a nuestra estación de metro más cercana llamada Aguacatala por la línea A, compramos una tarjeta que costó 5000 pesos colombianos o un poco más de un dólar y además dos pasajes en 2600 pesos cada uno.

We also decided to go there by subway so that Pawel could get on it for the first time also in Medellín, and thank God he remembered how to do it, well it hadn't been long since I went, but sometimes I can forget things and I'm very lost with the directions, but this one is easy because we only went to our closest metro station called Aguacatala on line A, we bought a card that cost 5000 Colombian pesos or a little more than a dollar and also two tickets at 2600 pesos each.

Una vez allí, esperamos el vagón por unos pocos minutos y les cuento que había demasiadas personas dentro por lo cual terminamos un poco sudados, pero menos mal no íbamos muy lejos, puesto que nos bajamos en la estación llamada Parque Berrio donde se encuentra ubicada esta plaza o bueno en realidad está a pocos minutos de ella, esta plaza es muy visitada, tal vez porque se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad y porque también es muy popular para los colombianos.

Once there, we waited for the car for a few minutes and I tell you that there were too many people inside, so we ended up a little sweaty, but luckily we didn't go very far, since we got off at the station called Parque Berrio where this station is located. plaza or well actually it is a few minutes away from it, this plaza is very visited, perhaps because it is located in the center of the city and because it is also very popular for Colombians.

23 esculturas se encuentran expuestas allí que fueron donadas por el artista Fernando Botero, y son realmente únicas, en este post solo les muestro algunas, y la verdad es que no quiero darle una definición a ellas, pero para mí son espectaculares, también en bronce y les cuento que habían muchas personas allí haciéndose fotos como nosotros, también una fuente espectacular y personas vendiendo sombreros, helados, entre otras cosas como haciendo juegos con dinero, o personas cantando.

23 sculptures are exhibited there that were donated by the artist Fernando Botero, and they are really unique, in this post I only show you some, and the truth is that I do not want to give them a definition, but for me they are spectacular, also in bronze and I tell you that there were many people there taking photos like us, also a spectacular fountain and people selling hats, ice cream, among other things like playing games with money, or people singing.

Lo que si debo ser sincera es que el olor allí no es muy agradable, sin embargo, con el tapaboca no podíamos notarlo mucho, también hace mucho sol, pero encuentras venta de agua en muchas partes de allí, ah en el centro había una decoración que es la que ven en la foto y es porque se cumplieron 20 años desde que Fernando Botero donó estas geniales piezas escultóricas a la ciudad de Medellín.

What if I have to be honest is that the smell there is not very pleasant, however, with the mask we could not notice it much, it is also very sunny, but you can find water for sale in many parts of there, ah in the center there was a decoration which is the one you see in the photo and it is because it will be 20 years since Fernando Botero donated these great sculptural pieces to the city of Medellín.

Cerca de allí también se encuentra el Palacio de la Cultura y el Museo de Antioquia donde tomamos un taxi a nuestro próximo destino, pero este se los mostraré en el próximo post, solo sé que les va a encantar también tanto como a nosotros, por eso digo que Medellín me encanta y siempre me sorprende y yo quiero mostrárselos a ustedes.
