Construir nuestra felicidad está en nuestra manos // Building our happiness is in our hands [ENG-ESP]

Como siempre, mi estimada @angelica7 desde la comunidad @empowertalent nos anima a construir nuestra mejor versión.

Cada semana se nos brinda este espacio para la reflexión y búsqueda interior. Cada tema propuesto nos invita a reflexionar, repensar y continuar hacia adelante. En esta oportunidad el tema propuesto nos invita a ser arquitectos de nuestra felicidad.

Qué tema tan contundente, pues de entrada nos indica que nuestra felicidad está en nuestras manos y no depende de nadie más. Nos invita a hacernos responsables de construir ladrillo a ladrillo, paso a paso esa tan anhelada felicidad. Se convierte en una gran responsabilidad y a su vez es satisfactorio saber que, con nuestras propias manos y acciones, podemos crear la vida que deseamos.

Siempre he sido una persona muy positiva y optimista, pero debo confesar que ante determinadas circunstancias de vida, algo contradictorias, empecé a apagar esa luz de esperanza; el miedo empezó a tomar el lugar de la fe. Poco a poco me fui haciendo presa de mis propios pensamientos.

Gracias a Dios los momentos de despertar llegan y la luz se abre paso al adquirir consciencia de nuestros pensamientos y acciones. Estos determinan nuestro destino, es por ello que debemos cuidar y vigilar cada pensamiento, sólo sembrar en nuestra mente pensamientos de bienestar, visualizar los mejores escenarios, confiar en Dios plenamente y dar pasos hacia adelante confiando que Él nos sostendrá.

Los temores pueden limitar o determinar nuestras acciones y, por lo tanto, nuestros resultados. Empecemos a vivir con valor y fe, para que nuestras acciones estén encaminadas hacia la construcción de una vida plena, bonita y feliz.

Amo la posibilidad de saber que puedo edificar mi vida, no importa el pasado, importa aquello que creemos de aquí en adelante.

Hoy día no soy la misma persona de hace unos años, inclusive, no soy la misma persona de hace unos meses y es sorprendente cuanto puede cambiar la manera como vemos la vida y en consecuencia nuestro ánimo, decisiones y acciones.

Me siento feliz, con la determinación de emprender nuevos caminos o retomar caminos abandonados hace mucho. Comprendo que la vida es un constante aprendizaje, me siento agradecida de tener la oportunidad de aprender nuevas cosas y sumarlas a mi maletín de herramientas de la vida.

En adelante, viviré cada día enfocada en construir esa mejor versión de mí, en todos los aspectos: como ser humano, madre, hija, amiga y profesional. En ese sentido, mis acciones estarán orientadas a ello. Qué hermoso es saber el gran poder que tenemos en nuestras manos, siempre que caminemos con fe en nuestro Señor y confianza en nosotros mismos.

La vida es hermosa, está llena de experiencias, hagamos que estas sean enriquecedoras siempre y se conviertan en el cincel que nos esculpe.

Gracias mi querida profe @angelica7, por invitarnos a detenernos en medio de tantas cosas que suceden y darnos ese regalo tan necesario como es, sentarnos para mirar bien adentro y conversar un rato con nosotros mismos. Gracias por ser luz y buena vibra, por ser faro y esa chispa que motoriza, que echa a andar pensamientos, acciones y nuevas formas de concebir la realidad que nos rodea.

Gracias a ti que me lees, pues juntos con nuestras reflexiones tenemos la oportunidad de crecer. Qué bonito es crecer juntos. Les abrazo.

Every week we are given this space for reflection and inner search. Each proposed topic invites us to reflect, rethink and continue forward. This time the proposed theme invites us to be architects of our happiness.

What a forceful theme, because from the outset it indicates that our happiness is in our hands and does not depend on anyone else. It invites us to be responsible for building brick by brick, step by step, that longed-for happiness. It becomes a great responsibility and at the same time it is satisfying to know that, with our own hands and actions, we can create the life we desire.

I have always been a very positive and optimistic person, but I must confess that under certain circumstances of life, somewhat contradictory, I began to extinguish that light of hope; fear began to take the place of faith. Little by little I became prey to my own thoughts.

Thanks to God the moments of awakening come and the light breaks through as we become aware of our thoughts and actions. These determine our destiny, which is why we must take care and watch every thought, only sow in our mind thoughts of wellbeing, visualize the best scenarios, trust God fully and take steps forward trusting that He will sustain us.

Fears can limit or determine our actions and, therefore, our results. Let's start living with courage and faith, so that our actions are geared towards building a full, beautiful and happy life.

I love the possibility of knowing that I can build my life, it doesn't matter the past, it matters what we believe from here on.

Today I am not the same person I was a few years ago, I am not even the same person I was a few months ago and it is amazing how much can change the way we see life and consequently our mood, decisions and actions.

I feel happy, with the determination to embark on new paths or to resume paths abandoned long ago. I understand that life is a constant learning process, I feel grateful to have the opportunity to learn new things and add them to my toolbox of life.

From now on, I will live every day focused on building that better version of myself, in all aspects: as a human being, mother, daughter, friend and professional. In that sense, my actions will be oriented to it. How beautiful it is to know the great power we have in our hands, as long as we walk with faith in our Lord and trust in ourselves.

Life is beautiful, it is full of experiences, let's make these always enriching and become the chisel that sculpts us.

Thank you my dear teacher @angelica7, for inviting us to stop in the middle of so many things that happen and give us that gift as necessary as it is, to sit down to look inside and talk for a while with ourselves. Thank you for being light and good vibes, for being a lighthouse and that spark that drives, that launches thoughts, actions and new ways of conceiving the reality that surrounds us.
