Let's Make a Collage - Theme Contest #1
Hola amigos!
Nos encontramos nuevamente en nuestro apreciado concurso y en esta oportunidad con un nuevo enfoque. Lo que hoy se nos propone es expresar en nuestros collages el significado de la amistad. Trabajaremos pensando en el tema "Viejos Amigos"
La amistad une las almas, su fuerza es tan grande que traspasa los límites de la muerte. La distancia y el tiempo desaparecen cuando surgen los encuentros. sin importar que éstos se tornen esporádicos, el sentimiento permanece.
Traté de expresar este hermoso sentimiento a través de mi collage y espero que les guste.

Friendship does transcend time. Your picture captures the essence of it beautifully. Friendship is ineffable, and powerful.
As a side note:
That teapot fits there. It belonged to my mother before she married. I have held onto it because it is lovely and reminds me of her. It is a family treasure, almost in perfect condition. It has followed me wherever I go.

I have always considered friendship in this way and I have lived it in the same way. In my life I have known many people, I have lived and shared with many, however there have been few who I have really been able to call friends. I have a friend that I met many years ago but, unfortunately, we see each other very little, we are separated by the distance in which we live and the little time we have because of our obligations; however, when we see each other or talk it seems that we are completing some conversation of a few days ago. The fraternal love that I feel is the one that flows in this case, it crosses the limits of time and distance.
I loved your teapot from the moment I saw it and decided to make it part of my collage. Thank you for sharing! A hug, my dear @agmoore.
Time is a garden where you meet with friends and make some bouquets together. Some see the flowers and offer each other and yet some runs around carelessly tipping and hurting themselves. I like the tea pot detail :)
