Hola a todas las mujeres luchadoras y miembros de esta comunidad que tanto quiero. He estado un poco alejada por estos días por problemas de salud, pero sigo peleando y estoy de vuelta entre ustedes, para participar en este concurso que tanto me ha emocionado. Y lo digo porque, como jubilada tengo mucho para dar todavía y recibo mucho más que dinero o riquezas materiales.

Después de lo anterior quiero decir que no siempre consideramos en nuestro presupuesto anual a algo tan valioso como el tiempo y el talento que tenemos y, esto a día de hoy son dos de los recursos más importantes con los que contamos para realizar cualquier proyecto económico o de otro tipo que nos propongamos.

En mi caso, mi organización benéfica preferida es mi familia y una de las maneras que tengo de hacer donaciones benéficas es dedicarle tiempo, experiencia y parte del talento que en materia educacional la vida me dio. Por tales razones, cada año realizo un grupo de actividades con mi familia y estas me pagan en un recurso que es invaluable y está por encima del dinero: su amor y agradecimiento.

Por tales razones, cada año organizo mi presupuesto anual emocional y dejo plasmado en él las actividades que en tal sentido voy a realizar. Dentro de estas hay tres que nunca dejo de realizar y las quiero compartir con ustedes:

•Gestiono y preparo las actividades de cumpleaños de mis sobrinos, hermanas y demás familiares. Esto es vital para mí porque en estas actividades nos reunimos y celebramos mucho más que un aniversario de vida.

•Preparo a parte de mis sobrinos para su ingreso a la universidad. Esto me da mucho placer. Pienso que es un deber cívico darles a otros lo que una vez te dieron a ti y, en mi caso, soy Licenciada en Educación, en la especialidad de Español-Literatura y, esta es la base fundamental del desarrollo cultural para cualquier actividad que realicemos.

•Consejera sentimental. Quizás la experiencia y los obstáculos que he tenido que sortear en la vida me hayan dotado de cierta experiencia y poder aconsejar, indicar algo o señalar el camino más adecuado es algo que los demás dicen que se me da bien.

Además de estas hay otras actividades que realizo y que me dan una armonía sentimental y una gratificación que no es comparado con ningún dinero del mundo. Muchos pensarán que exagero, pero, a mi edad esto es lo mejor que puede sucederme.

For these reasons, every year I organize my annual emotional budget and I write down in it the activities that I am going to carry out. Among these, there are three that I never fail to do and I want to share them with you:

• I manage and prepare the birthday activities for my nieces, nephews, sisters and other family members. This is vital for me because in these activities we get together and celebrate much more than a life anniversary.

• I prepare some of my nieces and nephews for college. This gives me a lot of pleasure. I think it is a civic duty to give to others what they once gave to you and, in my case, I have a degree in Education, specializing in Spanish-Literature, and this is the fundamental basis of cultural development for any activity we do.

• Sentimental counselor. Perhaps the experience and the obstacles that I have had to overcome in life have endowed me with certain experience and to be able to advise, indicate something or point out the most appropriate way is something that others say that I am good at.

In addition to these there are other activities that I do that give me a sentimental harmony and a gratification that is not compared to any money in the world. Many will think that I am exaggerating, but, at my age this is the best thing that can happen to me.
