Pinta y Siembra, así dimos inicio a la actividad || Paint and Sow, this is how we kicked off the activity.

Como les comencé a contar en el post anterior, el 3 de septiembre del año pasado realizamos el primer taller bajo nuestra marca Lakrearte llamado "Pinta y Siembra".
Este se llevó a cabo en el centro comercial "La Fuente", el más reconocido de mi ciudad que es Cabimas. Ese día salimos desde bien temprano de casa mi hijo y yo, y al llegar y hacer unas pequeñas compras necesarias para la actividad, organizamos todo para esperar que los niños llegaran.

As I started to tell you in the previous post, on September 3 last year we held the first workshop under our brand Lakrearte called “Pinta y Siembra”.
This took place in the shopping center “La Fuente”, the most recognized of my city which is Cabimas. That day my son and I left home very early, and when we arrived and made some small purchases necessary for the activity, we organized everything to wait for the children to arrive.
El local donde se iba a llevar a cabo el taller era uno que quedaba en el corazón del centro comercial, hace muchos años funcionaba ahí una zapatería llamada Lucas, y desde que cerró no volvió a funcionar ningún negocio nuevamente.
Ha estado vacío, pero no abandonado, pues los amigos que me ayudaron a hacer la actividad han hecho varias actividades y parte del mantenimiento de esos espacios.
The place where the workshop was going to take place was one that was in the heart of the mall, many years ago there was a shoe store called Lucas, and since it closed no business has operated there again.
It has been empty, but not abandoned, because the friends who helped me to do the activity have done several activities and part of the maintenance of those spaces.
Se hizo la hora del taller y aún faltaba un niño por llegar, esperamos un poco más para dar inicio y que todos trabajaran al mismo tiempo. Mientras los niños se iban conociendo.
Esta era mi primera vez haciendo un taller yo sola, y había llevado a mi hijo para que me ayudara, pero como se había hecho amigo de uno de los niños, quise que disfrutara y viviera también la experiencia, así que lo invité a sentarse y para que participara.
It was time for the workshop and there was still one child to arrive, so we waited a little longer for the workshop to begin and for everyone to work at the same time. While the children were getting to know each other.
This was my first time doing a workshop by myself, and I had brought my son to help me, but since he had become friends with one of the children, I wanted him to enjoy and live the experience as well, so I invited him to sit down and participate.
Yo debía ser la maestra de pintura, dj, asistente y fotógrafa jajaja lo de la fotografía fue lo que no pude hacer tan bien como esperaba pero por suerte la mamá de una de las niñas que participó me ayudó con unas cuantas.
También la amiga que me ayudó a canalizar toda la actividad me ayudó con la parte de repartir los refrigerios y también me tomó algunas de las fotos que ven acá.
I was supposed to be the painting teacher, dj, assistant and photographer hahaha the photography was what I couldn't do as well as I expected but luckily the mom of one of the girls who participated helped me with a few.
Also the friend who helped me channel the whole activity helped me with the handing out of the refreshments and also took some of the pictures you see here.
La primera instrucción que les di era hacer el boceto del diseño que ellos quisieran. Yo les llevé algunas ideas impresas para que tuvieran referencia de lo que les gustaría pintar en sus macetitas.
Ellos tomaron cada uno su lápiz y comenzaron a hacer líneas para darle forma a eso que tenían en sus pequeñas mentecitas.
The first instruction I gave them was to sketch the design they wanted. I brought them some printed ideas so they could have a reference of what they would like to paint on their pots.
They each took their pencils and began to draw lines to give shape to what they had in their little minds.
Mientras ellos hacían sus bocetos mis amigos les dieron a todos los participantes unos pequeños pero tiernos obsequios. Unos borradores y lápices súper tiernos de su negocio.
Yo solo pude tomarle foto a un miniborrador de conejito. ♥
Ya luego los que fueron terminando comenzaron a pintar poco a poco sus diseños. En un próximo post les seguiré contando de esta linda actividad.
While they were doing their sketches my friends gave all the participants some small but cute gifts. Super cute erasers and pencils from their business.
I only got to take a picture of a mini bunny eraser. ♥
Then the ones that were finished started to paint their designs little by little. In a future post I will continue telling you about this cute activity.

Amiga ❤️ ¡Qué bonita experiencia! Se nota que le pusiste muchísimo cariño y dedicación al taller, y seguro los niños la pasaron increíble. Me encanta cómo cuentas cada detalle, desde la preparación hasta cómo fuiste resolviendo todo sobre la marcha. Además, qué lindo que tu hijo también pudiera disfrutar y participar. Esos momentos quedan grabados para siempre. Me quedo con ganas de ver las fotos y saber cómo quedaron esas macetitas.
