If You Don't Push, Fear Pushes You
I recently did one experiment where I tried to push the fear by trying to take control of my fears. And it was something I wanted to do in order to have more control how I think and how I let go of the fear.

So how does pushing the fear from both to and from consciousness works? How do you learn to break the habit of the fear and handling the emotions? And how you handle the fear along the way? Below I discuss three ways to deal with the way fear can be handled.
You Face Fear by Pushing It
Assume you are afraid of someone and want to get rid of them. And this is only possible when you learn to face them and continue to tackle them with your anxiety. Instead of running away from them, you learn to face it.
So when you do one step towards the push, you push the anxiety. And that is one thing we have to learn that from the experience. Sometimes taking that one step and also taking care of your anxiety is the way to go.
You change when you push fear
It may seem bitter feeling but when you fight the fear you get a bit bitter towards what you are pushing. And that develops a sense of self protective life. It is something that everybody does but they do it out of reflect and that's how you realize change is necessity.
You have to also understand that changing your pattern to how you handle the fear is not something you can do out of feelings. That takes time to bottle up and show up. So sometimes being proactive about it helps you not being bitter once things happens to you.
Regularly learning to Push Fear Helps
You have to understand that pushing the fear regularly also helps you being proactive in near future. You learn and understand how the pushing the fear helps with setting the boundary. Some of the time that's what you need when you want to build the confidence.
Building confidence does not happen in vacuum. You have to do this as an exercise on regular basis. Something that people do and practice it on social grounds. That's what your mental programming has to change and adjust to.
Conclusion
I am still learning and something like this takes a lot of time to learn and get over from as well. Life can be pretty much unpredictable and you don't know when and how you deal with the fear and it can take power over you.
fear is just FAKE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL .It is something we have to always conquer in our mind or else it weighs one down.
