Holi gente, espero estén muy bien🥰🥰. Quiero contarles un poco de esta corta visita al dermatólogo🙄.

Tenía meses con comezón en la panza, mucha comezón y llegó a un punto donde comenzó a darme como una especie de caspa😩. A veces se me calmaba y otras veces no. Aparecía más que todo cuando hacía calor, entonces tenía pendiente ir al médico, pero como siempre estaba en el trabajo ¿En qué momento lo hacía?🥺

Pasó un tiempo y decidí pagar un seguro, así sacaba todas mis citas y no tenía que estar como loca buscando presupuesto con un montón de doctores y así. Pagué mi seguro a ver que tal funcionaba y la primera cita más cercana fue la del dermatólogo y la tomé.

Hi people, I hope you are very well🥰🥰. I want to tell you a little bit about this short visit to the dermatologist🙄.

I had itching in my belly for months, a lot of itching and it got to a point where it started to give me a kind of dandruff😩. Sometimes it would calm down and other times it would not. It appeared mostly when it was hot, so I had to go to the doctor, but since I was always at work, when did I do it?🥺

Some time went by and I decided to pay for insurance, so I could get all my appointments and I didn't have to be crazy looking for a quote with a bunch of doctors and so on. I paid my insurance to see how it worked and the first appointment closest to me was the dermatologist and I took it.

Llegaron mis vacaciones y aproveché para ir a mi cita fijada. Al entrar nos pusieron unas pulseras que nos distinguían de otras personas, había rojas, amarillas, azules y verdes y todo variaba por la manera en que venían las personas. Yo venía con el seguro médico, así que me dieron una azul🔵, las otras no sé dé que manera venían.

Nos dieron un número y teníamos que esperar que nos llamaran en la pantalla para que nos atendieran en el área de recepción y nos dijeran a que hora nos iban a ver y así, me senté y a los 2 minutos me llamaron, fue rápido, pensé que tardaría más.

Me levanté y me acerqué, me pidieron los datos, el número de obra social, mi DNI y me dieron un papel con el nombre de la doctora y mis datos y ahí si estuve esperando casi 3 h, me quería morir😭😭.

They gave us a number and we had to wait for them to call us on the screen so that they could attend to us in the reception area and tell us what time they were going to see us and so on, I sat down and after 2 minutes they called me, it was fast, I thought it would take longer.

I got up and went over, they asked me for my information, my social security number, my ID card and they gave me a paper with the name of the doctor and my information and there I was waiting for almost 3 hours, I wanted to die😭😭.

Finalmente llamó la doctora y entré. Me pregunto por qué venía, le expliqué, me pidió que le mostrara y me alcé la camisa. Ella solo me vio y me dijo "Tienes como una alergia. Sí, es alergia😁".

Me preguntó con qué jabón me baño, le dije y solo me recomendó que use sin olores y que seguro se me quita🙂.

Yo esperaba otra cosa la verdad, porque tengo entendido que el dermatólogo te revisa la piel a ver si tienes cáncer de piel con una lupita y más si es tu primera vez, no sé, a mi entender pero bueno🤷‍♀️.

La consulta no duró ni 7 min, eso fue entrando y saliendo.

Finally, the doctor called and I went in. She asked me why I was coming, I explained, she asked me to show her and I lifted up my shirt. She just looked at me and said "You have an allergy. Yup, it is an allergy😁".

She asked me what soap I use to bathe with, I told her and she just recommended I use odorless soap and that it will surely go away🙂.

I really expected something else, because I understand that the dermatologist checks your skin to see if you have skin cancer with a magnifying glass and even more if it is your first time, according to what I had researched, idk🤷‍♀️.

The consultation didn't even last 7 min, that was in and out.

También le comenté de los lunares, tengo uno cerca de la nariz que está creciendo. Le pregunté si era normal y me dijo que si y que saque turno igual con un cirujano plástico para que me lo quiten porque seguro a ellos le queda más lindo🙃🙃 y yo por dentro ¿¿?? Porque se supone que ellos también hacen esas cosas.

2/10 a toda esta experiencia la verdad y le doy 2 puntos nomás por la atención al cliente que había, todos muy amables y atentos al menos👍🏼.

I also told her about the moles, I have one near my nose that is growing. I asked her if it was normal and she said yes and that I should make an appointment with a plastic surgeon to have it removed because I'm sure they would like it better🙃🙃 and I just like dafuq??? Because they are supposed to do those things too.

2/10 for this whole experience and I give it 2 points just for the customer service that was there, all very friendly and attentive at least👍🏼.

Salí de la consulta y me fui a casa toda molesta porque ¿Cómo es posible que yo esté pagando una plata en seguro, pudiendo pagarla con alguien particular y yo sé que me va a revisar bien? Me molesté un montón😡.

Creo que daré de baja el seguro y trataré de ir de forma particular.

I left the consultation and went home all upset because how is it possible that I am paying a lot of money in insurance when I can pay for it with someone private and I know that they will check me well? I was very upset😡.

I think I will cancel my insurance and try to go privately.
